Fantastic experience: Erica and Jodie were a joy to work with. We had never worked with them previously and they were without a doubt, the best realtors we have worked with over the several homes we have bought and sold over the years. Jodie was our point person and handled everything including helping us to get our home cleaned, staged, etc. We had some tight deadlines around a holiday and Jodie crushed it. They made selling our home almost easy and we ended up with multiple offers, including a cash over. Will absolutely go with Jodie again for any future home selling/buying needs!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Erica and Jodie on selling my first home and buying a new home with my partner. We unexpectedly needed a new realtor right as we were putting in an offer, and Jodie and Erica swept in, took separate tours of the house to see if they thought it was priced correctly, and helped us get our offer accepted. They were extremely savvy and professional in helping us navigate the transition between realtors and we are confident we got a great price for the house. I then needed to sell my house and they listed it, staged it for photos, and held a twilight open house to promote it. I got an offer over asking the night of the open house that I accepted. They were really helpful throughout the inspection and closing processes and helped ensure an on time closing. We feel very lucky to have found Jodie and Erica and would absolutely work with them again in the future.

From the very beginning to the very end of the home buying process, Erica was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and just an absolute joy of a human to work with. When we first started talking with Erica about buying a home, she made time to have an in depth discussion with us about our needs and wants so that she could begin the process of finding us our dream home. Erica comes equipped with an awesome team of professionals in the realm of reality, and was able to set us up with an incredible loan officer, a knowledgeable home inspector, and a local plumber. She has endless contacts with all the important people you would need during this process. Erica was always readily available by phone, text, and email, and was very quick in her responses. I loved that Erica made every conversation personal, and would call with big information to share, rather than just send it in a text. That made me feel important and like she truly cared about every interaction she had. She was with us through every single step of the process while we toured homes, went through inspections, etc. and is still a valuable resource to us now as first time homeowners. Her personality is perfection when looking for a realtor; she is kind, funny, knowledgeable, approachable, and overall just makes you feel like you’re talking with a friend. My wife and I are relatively new to the Pittsburgh area and were referred to Jodie of PGH Home Girls to help us on our home-buying adventure. As first-time homebuyers in a new city, we went into this with bundles of excitement and anxiety in equal measure. Fantastic experience: We got in touch with Pittsburgh Home Girls - Erica and Jodie through a mutual contact that we were talking to on the building side. We needed agents that were a little more "Go Getting" and Erica and Jodie were all that and more! They seemed to literally work 24/7, They got us in when and where we needed. Once we got a house under contract (quickly), they came with us to the inspection, talked with us at length during the negotiation process and their recommendations and came with us to the closing - we felt perfectly at ease through the home buying process and it felt like a true team. After the buy, it only made sense for us to get them to sell our house.
