It was bittersweet for my brother and I to sell our childhood home after our mother passed away. The entire team was so kind, accommodating, and, most of all, honest. They were always available for our many questions; how to present the home (sell as is or fix it up), the timing for the market, open house, staging, comps in the area, and pricing.
