Fantastic experience: We had an outstanding experience working with the Dana Green Team (DGT) as they helped navigate us through both ends of a buy-before-sell, in the tricky real estate market of summer 2025. On the front end, with the purchase of our new home, what stood out was the fact that we didn't feel pressured, communication was top notch, and we felt like they went to bat for us in the negotiation stage. We were impressed with how ethical the relationship felt - like they genuinely wanted what was best for our family, but wanted it to work for us financially more than anything. On the back end, the sale was meticulously guided by Dana's entire team with the singular goal of maximizing value by providing the best possible house to a buyer. DGT presented my wife and I with a house prep presentation early in the process overviewing costs associated with pre-inspection repair work and interior/exterior touch-up options, ultimately leaving the decisions up to us so it worked within our financial constraints. Fantastic experience: They say in real estate its location, location. location. Sometimes in real estate it’s agent, agent, agent. We signed up with the Dana Green Team to sell our home in Sept 2025, not the best time to try to sell. We worked with their recommendations and vendors and prepped the home Being somewhat analytical, I built a worksheet of homes I felt were similar in terms of size, price and apparent quality. Our home went on the market on a Wednesday with an open house on Sunday. Monday we had 3 over asking offers. Wednesday it was sold at 107% of asking. Two weeks later the transaction closed. Of the homes on my worksheet, 3 sold - all for less than asking. The remaining 5 are still for sale, 30 days later. Several have been for sale for nearly 3 months, almost all with price cuts. Why did our home sell? I can only believe that is was the Dana Green Team attention to detail, appropriate suggestions for improvements, intelligent pricing and effective marketing. Location is important. So is having an agent that can effectively position a home in a challenging market. We made the right choice. Many thanks!

Fantastic experience: We are so pleased with our real estate decision to go with the Dana Green Team. From start to finish, they gave us amazing counsel on our home. First, when Dana ran comparables of homes in the Orinda area the analytics were very accurate to the actual selling price the home closed at. Second, the marketing and staging of our property was incredibly completed. From our house going live on the MLS, to the Open House which generated 60 people coming to look at our home, and the Broker's Open with 20 realtors coming through and networking our residence. These actions displayed full concierge service as clients. Finally, the negotiation phase. Dana and her team have incredibly sound intuition on closing the deal.
