Fantastic experience: Where do I begin? This was a very complicated, stressful, and tense situation we honestly got thrown into rather quickly and unexpectedly. We have been living in my in laws home for quite a while and unfortunately right after my father in laws passing they decided to put the home up for sale. It was very difficult to process everything all at once, especially for my fiancé. To grieve your father and in a moments notice to feel like you are also about to lose the place you called home, was all too much to endure for us as a family. Having not had a real estate transaction since 1998, he was the perfect agent to use to guide us through the process since it has changed so much over the years. We received multiple offers and his experience made a huge difference when it came to negotiating and closing our contract. He kept us up to date all the time as there were many moving parts to this sale. He helped push the buying agent along as she was slow through the process. He was always available to answer any questions throughout the whole process from before hiring him to even after closing out the sale of the home. Fantastic experience: I was a first-time homebuyer and Luther Sanchez was a pleasure to work with. He was always very responsive and patient with me when I bombarded him with questions. He really helped guide me through the home buying process. I felt that he was a trustworthy agent and I really appreciated that he didn’t pressure me to overbid in order to make a quick sale.
