Negative experience: The fact that I am even leaving this review is appalling. The level of unprofessionalism, lack of integrity, inability to pivot, and overall conduct we experienced was extremely concerning. We are currently working with our own agent and had reached out with a simple question regarding a new construction property, believing we were contacting the builder’s representative. We later learned that our inquiry had been routed to a separate agent, which was not made clear to us at the time. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment—with our agent present—we were informed by the actual seller’s representative that this individual was not affiliated with the builder, but instead was an independent agent. We immediately acknowledged the misunderstanding, reached out, and apologized. Most agents legally are required to establish a contractual professional relationship before showings as well. Up to that point, all parties involved were understanding. Unfortunately, that quickly changed. We received a phone call from him, during which we again apologized and clarified the situation. The call ended respectfully on our end. Shortly after, we began receiving a series of inappropriate and unprofessional messages, including statements such as, “I won’t forget your name—it’s a small town,” which came across as threatening and completely unacceptable. He proceeded to blame us for wasting his time, referencing personal inconveniences such as childcare and scheduling efforts. While we understand that time is valuable, this situation stemmed from a miscommunication—not malice—and did not warrant that level of response. As professionals ourselves, we recognize that situations like this can occur. However, how they are handled is what defines professionalism. This interaction lacked courtesy, accountability, and basic respect. We would strongly caution others before engaging.

Fantastic experience: Adam and his assistant, Amanda were a true delight to work with! From beginning to end they remained incredibly kind, professional and prompt to respond to any questions or concerns we had throughout the process; even we had to deal with an unexpected hiccup at closing, even under pressure they always had the clients best interest at the front of it all! Any buyer or seller would be lucky to have this duo in their corner!
