She went by the house we purchased before closing to get information from neighbors on the house, as well as went over after a heavy rain to see if there was standing water. We had an issue with the seller at closing time and instead of just letting it go, she spent hours on the phone the day of closing to make sure we were taken care of.

Because of all of her stellar marketing, within just the first few hours on the market we had numerous requests for showings, and ended up with a jam-packed weekend full of showings…which ultimately led to multiple offers, and us getting well over our ask price! Fantastic experience: So I met Valerie on Facebook through an ad for a home for rent. She showed us how buying a home would actually be more beneficial. We looked at homes for about 4 months and quickly decided we weren’t ready to buy a house. We rented an apartment and then soon found out we were pregnant and so we looked at new builds and didn’t need an agent but wanted her there because she knew the verbiage and legal terms, we’ve never done this before.
