Fantastic experience: We had an incredible experience with iSaveRealty. The process for enrolling and listing our property was straightforward and easy to follow. Randy, the owner, was available for questions and gave us great advice. We closed a few days ago on our property and it was lovely to be able to pay one-tenth of 1% towards are sellers agent instead of the normal 2.5-3%. Negative experience: Communication was lacking with Randall. Perhaps we were just not a match but after the posting went live it was very hard to reach him with question or request. He would not answer emails , calls or return voicemails. I had to call from multiple different numbers and pretend we were new customers to get through to his line and not a voicemail. If his communication was so lacking with us I wonder what the issue could be since he had no problem taking our money.

Fantastic experience: I am a real estate appraiser, but know nothing about buying or selling a house-that is NOT my business. I have run across Randy's clients many times in my appraisal business through buyers, sellers, and other appraisers who have used him for their own houses, so when my son bought and then sold his unit, and then we did, we used Randy. This was the easiest transaction. This was well worth the time to fill out the paper work. Randy knows what he is doing, he's very responsive and answers all of your questions promptly. Don't let his being out of your town scare you. And certainly consider that you are getting half of the commission back to you!! Fantastic experience: Perfect alternative for listings particularly in today’s real estate market! Anyone knowledgeable about their home and surrounding market but want their home on MLS could/should consider as a value with significant cost savings given the flat transaction fee! Our experience also was that Randy Longo was outstanding in being available and responsive to questions and advice! Our listing went on MLS one day after we submitted our MLS input form! We got our first request for a showing appointment one hour after the email notification that our home was now on MLS and further we had multiple offers starting on day 2

Fantastic experience: Would use Randy and team again in a heartbeat. Even though it was a flat-fee brokerage / listing agreement, Randy was always responsive immediately answering back and offering advice. Hands down the best value in the entire transaction. I’m sure that there are some buyers/sellers that may need a bit more hand holding and support that goes with a more full-fee agent relationship, but if you are comfortable with your house pricing/value and are expecting a sale without major structural problems, I honestly think you would be a fool to do anything other than use Randy. 5/5 stars, for sure!!

Fantastic experience: Isave Realty was suggested to me by a friend, and I am so glad I used this company. They saved me about $10,000 (money I would have had to pay my agent had I used one). I was also able to set the buyer's agent's commission myself so I saved a little money there as well. It was a super seamless process - I paid a few hundred dollars ($300 I think), filled out a little bit of paperwork (30 minutes), and emailed Randy with Isave pictures of my house (I paid a professional photographer $140). I had an MLS listing within a day, and then realtors contacted Randy, and Randy would provide them my contact information to schedule the showings. Randy was also quick to respond any time I emailed him. I listed my house during the holidays, and it was still under contract in less than 2 weeks! Got it sold quick and saved SO much money. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is a great concept and a huge money saver. I found the process efficient and seamless and avoided 10% in realtor commissions for the sake of a small upfront listing investment and a little paperwork and arranging showings myself. Our conveyancing attorneys drew up a standard sale agreement (as an alternative to downloading one of the many free on-line SC property sale agreement templates.) Would highly recommend Randy and the iSaveRealty process for anyone wanting to avoid unrealistic and unreasonable mandated realtor commissions for lot sales where very little work is done by the realtor in exchange for the high commissions.

Not only did we save on full commission we would of paid out, Randy guided us through our listing, contract negotiation and closing the deal. I tried listing our home on Zillow but knew I needed to get to MLS to have any chance at selling my house especially when the market was about to go quiet for the up coming holidays. I had 2 friends, on the same day, recommend iSave Realty. It was strange at first to do this all on line with no interaction but once I paid the directions that came in where very detailed and very well laid out which was very helpful. It was a super quick turn around in getting everything online once I sent everything in. Once we were live we had a showing 2 hours later. Fantastic experience: Choosing iSave Realty was a smart decision for us. We saved our family over $11,000 simply by listening to and following iSave Realty's advice. (Thanks Randy! We are so glad we chose iSave!) We interviewed a full service competitor listing agent (prior to selecting iSave) who also "offered" to list our home. The competitor went so far as to suggest that we should list the house with his firm for $25,000 less than what we actually ended up selling it for and that we should also pay him a 3% commission in the process... His justification for us choosing him boiled down to 'listing a home for sale with his well-respected and name brand realty company helps drive sales." (The truth is that even a monkey can sell a house in a high-growth area if the house is listed on the MLS at the comp price average. So, why pay someone a commission for doing something a monkey can do?) Regardless of what these big brand realty companies try to tell you, a big branded real estate agency name and a fancy colorful sign will not sell your home. It will not add value and it will not increase your chances of making the sale. (These things added value in the past before the internet and the online MLS. Now, listing residential real estate is truly "Uberized.") Your home will sell itself regardless of which realty company's sign is out front. You simply need to make certain that your home (1) gets listed on the MLS and (2) is properly prepped and clean for showing (which is what you would still have to do even if you hired a traditional full-service Realtor anyway). Simply use common sense. Your home does not have to be perfect. What home is? (The competitor listing agent, who unsuccessfully tried to get our business, also suggested that we spend about $1500 in minor landscaping improvements and tweaks (which included new pine straw and patching some driveway cracks). We did not follow this advice and still sold the home for $25K more than he suggested we list it.) Once we committed to Isave Realty, they quickly got us listed on the MLS. They made it easy for us to coordinate showings of the house even after we had moved out of state (thanks to their electronic lock box rental program). Our family highly recommends working with the team at iSave Realty and listening to their advice. The MLS listing and the buyer's agents will bring the prospective buyers to your home. Simply make sure that it is ready to show. All you have to do is prep the home (make it clean and neat) and then sit back and think about how you are going to spend, save or invest the 3% of the sales price that you just saved by not listing with a traditional full-service listing agent. Let your home sell itself. (We put the +$11,000 that we saved into our new home's landscaping and patio expansion budget. What will you do with your savings?) SIDE NOTES: We sold our home in Summerville, SC through iSave Realty in late April 2017. In our particular case, we were not present for even one showing. We had already moved out of state. Several buyer's agents (about 15 different Realtors representing about 10 different real estate firms) showed our home while it was totally empty. We were aware that they were showing it because we required notification. It was not staged at all. It had zero furnishings including zero pictures on the walls. Everything was bare bones. And yes, we did really sell it for $25,000 more than a traditional listing agent recommend we list it for. We are glad that we did not listen to the traditional listing agent. Negative experience: Do yourself a favor hire a real estate agent, Lauren Pierce cost me thousands of potential loss because she didn't even read the purchase and sales agreement. Listed it as pending insted of For Sale contingent, which wpuld of kept ot on the market.

Negative experience: I am not sure whether the company is a legitimate or not? Unprofessional. Has listings but doesn't connect you with the right information to make a purchase. Poor customer service. Real estate amateurs.
