Fantastic experience: The process of selling your home is complex today. You need a professional. The pace is daunting. Similar to a Sporting Event. If it was a Sporting Event, like a WNBA game, Kate Woodruff would be Caitlin Clark. Surrounded by talent, but just shoots the lights out on her own. Kate sold my house in hours, not days.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I cannot express how pleased we were with having Kate as our agent. We decided to go with her because she seemed so determined to find us a home that we would love. She always told us that there were no stupid questions in real estate and she made sure to support us when were confused about something or needed guidance and clarification. As first time homebuyers, this was vital because we had A LOT of questions. Kate had tactics to help us make our offers look more appealing to sellers, that worked very well and we were able to get our offer accepted on the house we really liked. Kate was open to our worried and concerns, like not skipping the inspection, which many seem to do currently to make their offer more enticing. Not only was Kate a wonderful agent but she was phenomenal to work with, friendly, and we’ll miss talking with her so often. Would we recommend her to others? Absolutely. Would we go with Kate in the future to buy/ sell? Without a doubt.

Fantastic experience: Kate was the most incredible realtor and my husband and I are so glad we went with her when buying our first home. Being that this was our first experience in buying a home, Kate was instrumental in bringing us up to speed on everything we needed to know and kept us well-informed when it came to the complexities of the ever-changing market. Kate went out of her way to be there for us in the process: she answered all of our questions (even the ridiculous ones) with kindness and clarity, she was constantly checking in with us and helping us move forward in positive directions, she responded to our wants and needs with care, and she was insightful about all of the ins and outs of each home we toured. Kate was also extremely reliable and flexible; she would answer our calls, texts, and emails quickly and effectively and went to great lengths to help us view houses rain, shine, or blizzard (literally). When it came to closing on our home we ran into a few obstacles with the seller, but Kate was a great advocate for us when it came to ensuring everything was in order and helped put us at ease even when faced with challenges. Overall Kate is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, caring, and dedicated and we could not be more thankful for her and her expertise. We are beyond appreciative for all of the work she put in to get us into our dream home and highly recommend her services!

Without her expertise and suggestions during the negotiating process, I would not have gotten my dream home. Finding a new house as a first-time home buyer is very stressful and requires a lot of knowledge, much more than I had. Fantastic experience: Greetings With a close US/Canada border I finally manged to through and liked surrounding of the 1890 house for my retrofit to net zero energy use. I saw the house but someone else had already place the offer. I did not find anything else to my liking and came back to Canada.
