He gave me pointers on getting it priced right and made sure my listing had great photos so that the listing showed well online, during this pandemic. My condo had multiple showings within the first day and we had multiple full price offers in less than 4 days on the market. Ray gave me good advice on how to navigate the situation with multiple offers and we were under contract in no time. Additionally, I moved out of state prior to the sale being finalized and he helped me with a few loose ends I had leftover, to guarantee that the unit was ready for the new owner.
