They consistently provided us with necessary data through the entire process of prepping, listing, showing, selling and closing the home. They also provided new services, like virtual staging, that other realters did not provide to their clients. We got several offers, but were looking for a special family as the new owners to our wonderful home. A home that saw our youngest and oldest daughters through their time in Austin. Molly was patient and understanding with all of our points with each offer. Rather than trying to convince us to sign each offer, she listened to us and provided information to restructure the final contract. My wife and I have been buying, selling, renting and refinancing real estate for 30+ years. We have had the opportunity to sell directly as owners and to use realty companies. We chose to go with Friedrich Based on recommendations. Friedrich Realty is by far the best realty company we have worked with in 30+ years. Here is some data for potential sellers reading this. Our home had a signed contract within 40 days of our listing and then closed in 20 days because Molly also worked with a transaction coordinator(TC Solutions) and a Title company(Austin Title) as a cohesive team. In the past, our quickest close was 28 days. To be honest, I didn’t think it was possible to close a home in 20 calendar days, but the team did it. The team was in constant communications and helped us get all of our items checked off during the contract to closing process. It was the quickest and easiest closing my wife and I ever had. We even got the sellers funds posted to our bank account the day we closed, amazing!!
