For perspective, I was given some VA-affiliated person that lived 3 hours away that was never available, didn’t know the area, and couldn’t get me a walkthrough even with a week notice. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Sarah K! She helped us find a house to lease in like 5 days. In that time, we were able to see over 7 houses in very different locations. She was very quick with paperwork and setting up appointments, and she was always on-time when meeting for a showing (even when we only gave her a few hours notice!!). This was my first time renting a house instead of an apartment and it got a little stressful but Sarah stayed positive and helped us to the very end. Her warm professionalism made it easier to relax.
