He specializes in over 55 communities, so he could immediately provide a comparison of types of houses, floorplans, HOA fees, locations, amenities, community cultures, etc... We told him what we were looking for, and though there wasn't anything available, he notified us immediately when something came on the market. He advised us through the bid process, inspection, recommended companies for repairs, etc.. We are very happy to have Mom here, only a mile from where we live, in a safe and easy to navigate neighborhood, with great friendly neighbors.
