Long Realty West Valley, LLC Gordon Nichols

Fantastic experience: Gina Lawrence is lights-out AMAZING...especially if you are new to the area. Friendly, down to earth, voice of reason, and available (and willing) to answer any question she can. She checked in with us regularly and made sure we were well informed through the whole process. We never wondered what was going on. If you're looking for a realtor, look no futher because, Gina is the one!!!

Fantastic experience: The best agent we have ever had in over 12 home sales and purchases. Really worked hard to sell the house with about five open houses and constant follow up. Always answered calls first time, or if tied up returned them very quickly. Extremely personable, professional, thorough, neat, and paid attention to details. Went way beyond the role of an agent in assisting us with the move. We LOVE her as if she were our daughter. You cannot find a better agent. Strongly recommend that you use her. Robin Kelly is SPECIAL!

Fantastic experience: Jessica Hammond was wonderful to work with. She made the nerve wracking process of moving from out of state easy. We highly recommend her. She knows her stuff.

Fantastic experience: Linda and Heather were the best!!! They did market research and had information on our home at the time of listing and with that information helped set a good price on our home. They marketed our home so well, it sold in one day. They were with us through the whole process and were most helpful. Linda even hired 2 cleaning ladies to clean our home after we moved out. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They are the best. Bill Nelson

Fantastic experience: Our realtors, Robin Kelly and Gail Burgoni, were tremendous! They worked away the inspectors findings. Robin even painted a bright wall to a neutral color. They hung with us through a difficult sale (5 contracts!). Robin was always available to us and even helped with the move and unpacking. We highly recommend Long Realty and these ladies!

Fantastic experience: Matt was fantastic. Most of this transaction was done long distance and we couldn't have had a better advocate. Thanks so much Matt.

Fantastic experience: Catherine and Ron Barton are the best. Came highly recommended as the "BEST" and they are!!!

Fantastic experience: Rob was great to work with. We were moving from out of state and he helped everything go smooth. We would highly recommend him.

Her communication was straightforward, honest, and friendly. We have only praise for the way this sale was handled!

Fantastic experience: Rita Colburn, our Realtor, (now for the 5th time!) sold our home in a matter of days & was instrumental in our acquiring our new Sun City West home! It's a pleasure to work with such a hard working & knowledgeable Realtor! Debra & I say thanks, Rita!

Fantastic experience: I reached out to Barb for help with comps on a property. She was fast, efficient, and thorough.

Fantastic experience: We listed with this realtor because of their reputation and knowledge of the market in our area

Fantastic experience: Robin Kelly and Gail Burgoni were fantastic. Robin was so personable and on top of everything and was like a member of the family, to the point of helping me pack up my fathers household goods and give recommendations on the estate sale, etc. Gail was efficient with the paperwork and getting things repaired so the viewing and sale could proceed.

Fantastic experience: Jessica and Joe were were an awesome pair to work with. They were attentive and quick to respond to our needs. I will recommend them highly.

Fantastic experience: Debi C was our realtor and did a great job for us. Very professional and great customer service.

Fantastic experience: Up front I will just say that Joy Pickles did a fantastic job for us in selling our home. Some of the characteristics I would use to describe here are; 1. Very professional 2. Very knowledgeable (especially about properties in Arizona Traditions(AT) 3. Willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. 4. Provides exceptional guidance and advice throughout the listing process (took the time to explain the many documents to me and my 90 year old mother) 5. Has many professional contacts (Photographer, Drone operator, Roofers, Glass, Handyman, Movers...) that made our listing look fantastic, and proved invaluable when repairs needed to get done. Overall, I would highly recommend Joy Pickles to ANYONE selling their home, but especially those selling their home in AT. For specific details of how Joy went above and beyond selling our home, read on: When we met with Joy Pickles (Agent) we were very impressed with her knowledge of Arizona Traditions (AT) and decided to go with her and Long Realty. We were particularly impressed that she used a professional photographer and took drone pictures of our home which showed the proximity of our house to all other homes, the cul-de-sac, and all of the facilities AT provides. All of that you sort of expect from a good real estate agent, but this is where Joy went above and beyond what we expected; My Mom is in Assisted Living and my brother and myself are from out of state, so no one was in the home. There were a number of improvements that needed to be made on the house prior to closing (window replacements, roofing, faucets, etc...) and with Joy's many contacts, she was able to get us professionals for all of the different jobs that needed to be done at the house. But it didn't end there......... Because we were out of state, Joy acted as our \"Project Manager\" and got ALL of these tasks done on time, with very little involvement from us. But it didn't end there.......... There were many items still in the house that still needed to be packed up and my brother had limited time in Az and couldn't get it all done. Joy packed up the remaining items and got everything distributed to the many charities in the area. Again, with very little needed from us. But it didn't end there........... Because we are from out of state, my Mom was going to have to sign the closing papers on her own which made her very nervous. Joy made sure she was there at the closing with my Mom to explain what was going on and to make her feel confident in signing the paperwork. Essentially, whatever it took to get the job done, Joy was willing and very capable of doing it.

Fantastic experience: We highly recommend Long Realty and Joy Pickles. She provided us with outstanding professional service.

Fantastic experience: Judy was our realtor and was knowledgeable and took us step by step through the process.

Again, I highly recommend listing your property with Gail Burgoni of Long Realty.

We were blown away by her knowledge of the market, her access to resources, her discretion and her availability. Being from out of town buyers, Joan ensured that we were kept informed of all potential purchases in a timely manner and once we found the property that met our needs, she was quick to act and secure a deal for us. Fantastic experience: We very much enjoyed working with Diana Snyder. We met her at an Home Open House. We were thinking about buying a home in Sun City West so we could snow bird from outside Arizona. She was very friendly, talked to us about the Sun City West, AZ community and answered the questions we had. She continued to keep in touch with us for two years as we needed to sell one out of state home before purchasing another. We finally sold our home and purchased a home in SCW. Thank you, Diana for sticking with us.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Jyl Rogers to find a home in the Phoenix area (moving from Illinois). The market was hot and properties were selling fast. Jyl was always on top of things and responsive when we needed to reach her. She knows the business and the market and her knowledge was invaluable to us. We weren’t the easiest customers; since we were still living in Illinois she showed us many properties virtually, we were looking for a multigenerational house which are hard to find and fly off the market and then there was Covid-19... Her patience paid off and we found the perfect home in the Arrowhead area of Glendale. We would recommend Jyl and Long Realty West without hesitation!

Fantastic experience: I have bought and sold several homes in my lifetime and my recent experience with Eric and Melanie Duffin from Long Realty West Valley was by far the best. Not only did they far exceed my expectations for the value of my home but they went above and beyond many times dealing with the buyers horrible agent, coordinating the large number of perspective buyers, reviewing the multiple offers we received in terms we could understand, and even helping us with items we were not taking with us. You definitely want the Duffin team on your side if you are thinking of buying or selling.
