Positive experience: She was not lacking in confidence to complete the task, and indeed, she succeeded. Her marketing skills are exceptional. However, she over promised and under delivered on other things like furniture selling commitments.

My house closed within two weeks and she suggested a simultaneous close with the house I was buying so that no interim financing was required. We live in Canada, so DocuSign was used most of the time. "Best Realtor In Surprise, Arizona/Shannon Biszantz"? I wish we could agree. We interviewed several agents to list our home and found them to be “all talk and no action” when it comes to communication. Shannon Biszantz and her partner, Randy, who was such a nice guy. He deserves 10 stars. Shannon was the primary speaker, relying heavily on their past sales in California and Arizona and mentioning them repeatedly. Unfortunately, their actions didn't match their words in the interview, primarily with Shannon Texts and emails went unacknowledged for over 24 hours; eventually, she responded after we informed her we no longer wanted them to represent our home. In any business transaction, clear communication is key, and we found their customer service skills severely lacking. USA West will not consider a 90-day contract; the minimum term is five months, according to Shannon. Realtors need to remember they work for us—we are their employer, and we pay their commission; they are not doing us a favor. We share this experience so others can avoid these frustrations before signing a contract with either USA West or Shannon Biszantz. We continue to interview agents, and hopefully, we will find at least one with integrity and who understands the meaning of the word. We look forward to submitting a 5-star review for the realtor who sells our home.
