Negative experience: Terrible experience selling our home in Whitestone, Queens. The initial commission contract was set at 5% and then reduce to 4% when we complained. Responses for updates where rude, and they pressure us to take first offers. We feel they did not market the property properly, e.g. no pics for online viewers. They weren't responsive to our concerns, They seem to just want to sell fast and only to their own connections. Too top it all off, when inspection reveal there were no smoke alarms in the bedrooms (as required by NYC) they promise to place them...but never did. Do not trust this realtor.

Fantastic experience: Energized realty group is amazing! We recently used their VVIP truck to help move my mother's things. Samantha at the front desk answered any and all of our questions. Fantastic experience: When my mother decided to sell her house, I helped her interview and evaluate several realtors. After listing the house with another realtor, we switched to Judy and Energized Realty. The experience was outstanding. Why? The most important reason is that Judy (and her team) knows how to get a deal done. She listed the property in November (a slow time of year) and had a buyer within 1 month. Why do I think Judy and her team were so successful? 1. The Team: Judy really does have an “energized” team so when you list with her company you have a well trained team all trying to sell your house. It’s clear she just doesn’t take any agent hoping to sell a house. (Eddie is the agent that found the buyer). Other agents/brokers take a listing and wait for other agents to happen to call on the listing (usually they don’t have a team). Energized Realty is proactive and gets out there to get the house shown. 2. Communication: We got a call and/or email every few days on the status of the house. We got a call before and after every showing and even text message confirmations. Judy and her team even took calls at 8pm or emailed back at close to midnight. This is a truly organized operation. 3. Attention to Detail: I’ll admit my mother thought it was a bit detailed oriented when Judy insisted certain items in the house be cleaned/moved prior to showing the house. But that’s because Judy has so much experience and understands the buyer’s perspective and first impressions. If you’re looking to list your house, I highly recommend Energized Realty. Judy is serious about selling your house. Our lawyer who completes hundreds of closing a year even commented that Judy is “polished and professional”. I completely agree.

As promised, they stayed in close contact with us from the beginning all the way through closing. They do not sell and run. We were throughly satisfied. The entire staff could not have been more responsive to our needs. They returned phone calls, checked on progress and helped guide the whole process along. Besides Judy, we mainly dealt with Jenna and Eddie, who sold our home. No details were left undone. They helped make a stressful and complicated task much easier then we could have hoped for. Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional!!! They do not honor anything they say. They sign full disclosure agreements but they hide any possible information they choose even if it costs there seller money. DO NOT SELL YOUR HOUSE WITH THIS COMPANY. They lied to us and never pre approved the so called "buyers" of a mortgage so four months later and a sold sign on the house they tell us the deal never went through. They DO NOT check credentials or anything and they make up there own deals. STAY AWAY if you are looking to sell your home.

Negative experience: Horrible service, very unprofessional! My wife and I have lived in Flushing (Crocheron Ave) many years and decided to move once our children went to college and married. We went to a open house showing in Bayside hosted by Energized Realty. My wife liked the house although it needed a lot of work. So we decided to wait and think about fair price but the Energized agent tried to push us into making a offer that day. I still remember to this day two years later how rude the agent was after we refused and wasn't customer friendly at all to what we were looking for. My neighbors have also experienced some problems with Energized and will never be contacting them to sell their home. JUNG-WOO
