Fantastic experience: Olga delivers! Olga helped me buying my apt in the same neighborhood 13 yrs ago and sold my dad's house last month. Teamed with her husband Roman, she produced amazing results. In the recent house sale, the duo helped with clearing up the old house, making necessary repairs and painting, not to mention doing a tremendous job at marketing the property. They got all the work completed in a couple of weeks without much involvement from me. On the first day of the house being on the market, we had offers from several potential buyers. Fantastic experience: What a pleasure to work with Olga! She was very helpful throughout the selling process of my condo, especially with the circumstances I had. I was one of the landlords that had a squatter in my condo for three years. Tenant did not pay anything and claimed COVID exemption. I sued tenant three times to evict but lawyer lost in court and judge dismissed the case.
