Negative experience: Beware! I currently live in one of his properties! West paints over everything and doesn't fix anything. There is a mold infestation in my apartment, mold growing all down the ramp of the stairs, which is why I'm breaking my lease not to mention other issues as well like infestation of ladybugs, all the ceiling fans are literally coming out the ceiling, you have to put sticks in the windows because there are no locks and infestation of gigantic cockroaches... Found a snake under my stove, And in the winter time field mice everywhere I've cleaned a total of 12. If you call the office to complain you get greeted with his disrespectful wife Tara Grant is has also left a review lol telling you it's not her problem and she doesn't have to live on the property. I've never been late on rent. Dead animals and trash all over the property takes 2 weeks for sewer to come pick up the garbage it smells horrible outside and there's an infestation also of garbage flies that come inside all units on the property. Please beware! I've decided to break my lease... But please don't rent from this man at your own risk! This has been the worst experience of my life.... The AC doesn't turn off once you turn it on auto doesn't work so your bill is going to be sky high and if you turn the AC off it reaches 90° at all times in the apartment get so hot that you can see the liquid and water draining down the Walls. I'm fully aware that I'm not going to get my deposit back not because I left the place a mess but because he's going to find every reason to not give it back and he told me that I very well could have my deposit back but this man is a liar. Rent at your own risk!

Negative experience: Apparently there is a trend in the property management business in the Wiregrass area and it is definitely not favorable. Century 21 is the third business we have used to manage our rental and they have failed at every turn. No communication, no consistency, no follow through and no professionalism. And above all... No apology for their failures. Life happens and mistakes get made and that is understandable, but for a business that has a long standing reputation they might want to rethink their hiring process. Acknowledge that you're in over your head and delegate accordingly to maintain the satisfaction of your clients. COVID has drastically changed the way things are done...but what keeps you in business is the consideration for the most basic things... Consideration, communication and GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do better.

Negative experience: They won't repair anything even though I pay my rent on time every month.will not return phone calls.

Negative experience: It was a worst ever experience. I even dont know where to start to describe how bad it is, And i just found out i am not only one have a terrible experience with this agency. Being from another state buying a house i was expecting more understanding from the agent. Broker never called back always on endless meetings, and agents dont really care as long they got commission. Last drop was agent not even meet us by the house she send her child because she was busy with her other child. Agent name is Stacey Hobbs. More unprofessional agent you will not find. .

Negative experience: I had two sets of tenants in my home in a short 16 month period. The second tenants caused a lot of damage. James Grant Realty only fixed what the deposit covered. The other damages are still awaiting repair. The ONLY reason I agreed to allow James Grant Realty to manage my property in the first place was because they guaranteed me that my home would be returned to me in the same condition in which it was rented out. Now I’m being ignored after being told I had to go after the tenants myself to get the damages repaired. What good is a company that’s not only NOT going to keep their word to you but also not going to manage your property in the manner in which they promised??…

Negative experience: Moved closing date 3 times, which meant extra expenses. Unkowdledgable of contract and repairs. Cost us extra $3500 to finally close. Would not recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: This place is a good realty but do not! And I repeat do not ask for Robin Locke!! She is the most inpatient realtor that I have ever met. Every single home we went to she was asking us to put in an offer, we only seen about four homes in two weeks and she was getting frustrated because we hadn't chosen one yet!! And we were buying our first home and she didn't even tell us we were signing a buyer's agreement until after we wanted a new realtor. She isn't honest with you and tried to bully us into buying a home. If you want a great realtor! Call Amy Brown with Alfred Saliba, she worked day and night and we ended up with a new construction and we are loving it and the experience was great!!. Me and my wife really felt as if were a part of her family after we closed on our house. I'm not bashing Robin Locke but she is just a terrible real estate agent

Fantastic experience: Diane, is one of the most caring, hardworking and determined individuals I have ever met. She was recommended to us and was a God Sent. When everything else seemed against us Diane worked day and night to to get us our first home. She staid two steps ahead of everyone even doing things that weren’t necessarily her responsible. I can even remember a time we were communicating at 10pm to get a offer in because my wife and I work crazy schedules. When we did have a issue Diane cleared her schedule to fix it right away even though it wasn’t her issue to fix. My family will forever be grateful and will be clients for life. Thank you Diane!!

Fantastic experience: I recently enlisted the professional services of Robyn Locke.She was relentless and determined to sell my home in a timely manner.We endured all the end of the year holidays with two offers I turned down.Then we endured a horrible flu season with another turned down offer.While I was getting impatient she continued to assure me it was being shown a lot and I got an offer presented to me with a closing two weeks later.Robyn Thank you for your professional attitude and fortitude.to the public she is someone you can depend on to work for you and she will end up being your friend too.I highly recommend her services .

Negative experience: I bought my home and land here in 2007. Was a foreclosure. Couldn't pay property tax or get anything taken care of for almost 2 years. Ownership of note had changed hands so many times and there was so much misinformation. Previous owners tried to take the home back from us because the documentation wasn't correct and listed them (who were foreclosed on) as still being the owners. Cost me A LOT of attorney fees! Recently tried to purchase 3 lots through them. Another disappointment. Bobbled around for 2 months. Lack of knowledge and information concerning situation of property caused delays, poor negotiations and embarrassment with the owners of the property. After I was unable to get the property due to a death and ownership changes of property, I finally received a call from the agent about a month later, saying in a voicemail "I have good news if you're still interested". I attempted to contact the agent 2 days later, left a voicemail and have yet to hear back. That was about two weeks ago. I gave a $500 check for a retainer and signed agreements prior to the falling apart of the deal. Still have not received my check back and no returned call about any of it. I have no intentions to do business with this agency again. If you choose to, I hope you have better luck than I did!
