Michael Marino- Quality Living

Fantastic experience: I worked with Michael Marino and was impressed by the trust and honesty he showed throughout. His communication was clear and he was always professional and responsive. He went above and beyond for us during the sale. I felt confident that I had a reliable real estate agent near me. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Michael is one of the most responsive professionals I have worked with. His attention to detail and his ability to help clients find unique ways to solve their problems made him easy to work with. If you are looking for a realtor with a network of supporting trades to help you find the right home, I'd recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Michael and Nyeasha. As a first time homebuyer you don’t know what you don’t know and they were there to help every step of the way. Nyeasha is extremely organized and freindly! Always quick to respond! Michael truly cares about finding a home that is best for you! He knows Colorado homes very intimately and has a keen eye on what to look out for. His experience and knowledge was invaluable to us during our home search. Michael has become a close friend over the last few months and I’d reccomend him to anyone! No one will work harder and care more than him! Our experience working with him to help find our families first home will be something we will always cherish!

Fantastic experience: Michael truly deserves the utmost in trust and respect. He walked me through the entire homebuying process in all it's details. Towards the start of the process, Michael worked closely with my loan officer to ensure my budget and numbers worked for various houses, researched house histories before tours, set up tours (of which there were many), and gave very important insights of the toured homes. He even went so far as to inspect crawlspaces for foundation cracks, looking for signs of disrepair or possible future expenses, and would even talk me out of homes that I was considering making an offer on if he thought the value of the home or the repairs would not be in my best interest. He handled the entire process of making offers inside my loan stipulations and truly worked his hardest to ensure I was getting the best deal possible. When my offer was accepted for a home being sold as a bankruptcy proceeding, he worked with the listing agent and legal courts to ensure the sale went smoothly. When inspection revealed a new roof and chimney siding was needed, he researched and negotiated with various brokers and roofing companies to find a company willing to do all the repairs for the amount of seller credits I was receiving back, taking initial estimates from almost 20k to 13k. When a mistake made by my loan company 4 days before closing almost cost me an extra 9k, Michael pushed back and reworked the schedule and contract to ensure I wasn't paying more than needed. Michael truly handled every aspect of this process with quick professional responses, trustworthy analysis, endless patience, and a willingness to do what was right for me.

Fantastic experience: Michael and his assistant, Nyeasha were extremely wonderful to work with. My husband and I are first time home buyers and they were so patient with us and answered every question. Michael was absolutely wonderful and working with him didn't feel like working with a car salesman like some realtors we'd worked with in the past. He even worked around my unusual schedule (Weekend graves... iykyk) to be available for any questions or needs we had. He was very attentive but not pushy which made the whole experience a lot more comfortable, and every house we checked out he helped us see things from a living perspective not a paycheck. He was even patient with our harder to fulfill requests for homes. 1000000/10 would recommend. Thank you again so much!!!! (No this is not a paid review :P)

Fantastic experience: My husband and I met Mike initially as our neighbor - we all got on well so, naturally, it led to Mike becoming our realtor. There is a lot of overwhelm, anticipation, and nervousness in the home buying process but Mike always had an answer or a resource to assist in our understanding. He took all of the weight off our shoulders when shopping around, looking at neighborhoods and model homes. Once we found a place to call home - a new build - he remained a constant in the chaos of designing the home, figuring out numbers and loan murkiness. Mike was always a source of calm and acuity, and we are so glad to say we officially achieved homeowner status with Mike’s steadfast help and expertise!

Fantastic experience: Michael Marino isn’t just our neighbor, but our buyer agent, a friend, and what my wife and I would consider family. The process for myself, and my wife as first time home buyers was explained in depth, but not to far out of reach where there’s no understanding. The passion Michael has as a buyer agent was very professional, and I knew my wife, and I were in the right hands. Really any worries we could bring them to, Michael and feel at ease that we were on the right path. We are extremely happy with our home, and are without a doubt happy about this next chapter in our life’s we get to see unfold thanks to, Michael! Once again thank you very much!

Fantastic experience: Mike is exceptional in his industry and is by far one of the best real estate agents I’ve worked with. Very friendly, professional, informative, and responded to all my questions or concerns immediately. It’s refreshing to be able to work with someone who shares a high level of integrity and intelligence and of whom works for the best interest of their clients. This was our second transaction with him, but our first time using equity to buy a new home while turning our first into a rental. We wouldn’t have had the confidence to take that step without Mike’s expert guidance. He’s not just in it for the sale — he genuinely wants to help people use real estate to improve their lives.
