Fantastic experience: From our first phone call with Mallory, we knew we were in good hands with the selling of our home in Yakima. Mallory met with us in our home and laid out the process for a successful home sale. We started the process a month before officially putting the home on the market. Mallory knew that an early spring on-the-market date would attract serious buyers. The market analysis gave us a range of prices that would make this home stand out from the competition. A week before the on-the-market date, Mallory worked with professional stagers to prepare for the photographer to take pictures that would go on-line. The drone footage of our house and the fly-through of our shop brought this house to the attention of men needing space to store their toys. It was a delight to see Mallory and Joel work so well together to produce videos that had to be replayed over and over again since they were so enjoyable to watch. Once the house went on the market, Mallory kept us abreast of prospective buyer visits and whether they were serious contenders. Less than two weeks later, a buyer gave us a full offer (less a small amount for closing costs – which Mallory reduced even further). The negotiation process was seamless, a quick closing date was determined, and it was sold. I would highly recommend Mal and Joel to anyone seeking a smooth and successful home sale in the Yakima area.

Fantastic experience: Mal and Joel recently helped our family deal with our parents estate. They came highly recommended from a realtor in Spokane Washington. We found them to be a very professional team that took the time to explain marketing strategies and what to expect during the process. Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be more thankful to have Mallory as my agent for buying my first home. I was brand new to the process and Mallory always made sure to walk me through everything and was so patient with all of my questions. She made searching for a home so fun! One of my favorite parts about working with Mallory was how easy it was to get ahold of her and how responsive she was. Every time I needed her I was able to get ahold of her and talk through any questions I had. There was never any guessing when working with her. Text is the easiest form of communication for me and it was SO nice having them be so quick and responsive to texts! From the initial point of contact and throughout it all they were so gracious to answer all of my questions.... and if they didn't know the answer they would figure it out for us! As a busy family with young kids I have a lot on my mind! I was a little worried that I would forget a deadline or forget to do something but actually the Huibregtses sent out emails with so many details it felt like we had someone in our corner the whole time.
