Fantastic experience: Irina was introduced to us via our finance research and essentially from our finance company. I was somewhat unsure about being introduced to an agent from our finance company and so we went to multiple open houses prior to meeting Irina to find out all agents are extremely "pushy" and eager to signs us..... Since we are not from WA and recently moved from Miami, we wanted to meet someone organically or through a friend. A month went by and no luck..... I decided to look up Irina and noticed a lot of positive reviews.... one weekend we were doing our usual open house route and needed an agent for a particular showing... I called Irina and w/o hesitation she was there. Ever since I noticed her dedication to us, our family and her passion to help us find our dream home. Fantastic experience: Irina has gone above and beyond in helping out my father and me with what ended up being a more complicated home purchase for someone in need. After the original person chose not to move in, we had to decide what we were going to do with the property moving forward. With Irina's help and council, we ended up keeping the house and turning it into a rental. She stepped up and helped with creating the rental listing, reviewing rental candidates, helping to narrow it down to just a couple of people to meet with, and setting up a time to meet with them. All of which was not something she normally did in her day to day realtor work, but she did it to help us out of a bind. We ended up getting the house rented and have renters moving in in just a few weeks. Finding a renter with her help was mostly completed in about 2 days, and done within a week for actually meeting and signing a lease.
