After the house we had made an offer on fell through he looked for other places and did several walk-throughs on his own while face-timing us to help us find a place. I am extremely picky when it comes to finding a home. Marvin took me to close to 80 homes and put in numerous offers over several months. It was an extremely hard market. Most realtors would have moved on but Marvin stuck with me and he finally found me a home on the lake at a price I couldn’t pass up.
