Fantastic experience: After more than 2 years of looking for the perfect home, and trust me we were very picky, Lori used her magic and found us a new construction build that checked all the boxes and then some. Fantastic experience: Just closed my house in Spanaway from Alpharetta GA with help of Lori Vandelac. Some of my friends recommended Lori so I had gotten in touch with her. As soon as Lori heard from me Lori was in the house looking at things to change to make the sale go smoother and without issues to the best valuation. She came back with the list of the things that needed to be addressed and another list that was good to have but don't need to spend money on it. That helped me with what all things that had best ROI and went with getting the house ready. The process saved me a bunch of money. She was my eyes and ears be being in GA miles away. Listing was online quickly and was done professionally. She was helpful in adjusting the price of the listing and advised me with the price which we finally sold for. She was available for hundreds of questions and always got my answers in minutes not days. The best part she told me I was wrong when I was wrong and that is good quality to have in a Realtor. In all the transaction went on smoothly and without any issues. I am a happy camper but a bittersweet moment in my life as I have now lost my connection to WA state
