Fantastic experience: As power of attorney for an elderly family member who chose to move into a nursing facility due to failing health, I faced an extremely daunting task trying to deal with his assets, which included a single-wide mobile home in a 55+ park. Karri had sold him the mobile home a few years ago, so I reached out to her to help sell it again since she was already familiar with the home as well as the park. Karri was immediately on board and "part of the team". She staged the home beautifully, recommended people to help with cleaning and other tasks, offered welcomed suggestions to declutter and brighten it up and was always willing to do whatever it took to help and beyond. She explained everything and was always very open and honest every step of the way. I would never have gotten through this without her! It took 4 months, but the perfect buyer finally came along and I feel like the weight of the world has been lifted from my shoulders. Fantastic experience: We saw a house listing and emailed the agent, but it was forwarded to Karri by accident, but it couldn't have been more of a unexpected surprise! We decided to sell our current home, and Karri went far and above any realtor experience we have ever had before! She was professional, kind, and responded to every inquiry we had in a timely manner. She held multiple open houses and marketed our house in multiple ways until we could find a buyer. She helped us stage the house with items she had on hand and hired a professional photographer to do the photos. It was VERY different than the agent we had sell our prior home.
