Negative experience: Ive been buying and selling properties since 2018, worked with many individuals, investment companies, wholesale companies, and much more. This is by far the worst group I've worked with from top to bottom, or contract to close. Very unprofessional, will not represent you as a buyer. Only look at their best interest and the ability to make them a quick buck. Told me I was in breach of contract because they couldn't get the tenants to move out and I wasn't willing to close on an occupied property. Just all around bad.

Fantastic experience: As someone new to investing, I was super nervous getting started. But New Western has been a wonderful company to work with. Cara explained the process clearly and has helped me in every step of the transaction. They have new properties coming out almost every day, giving us plenty of options to choose from. We look forward to working with Cara and New Western on all of our investment real estate transactions!

Negative experience: DO NOT SELL TO THIS COMPANY. Signed contract to sell my property to them. AFTER inspection period was over, they said the price is too high and either i come down 40k or they can't close. I called the title company to inquire about the required earnest money deposit, and it turns out they not only never submitted the earnest money, they never even forwarded the purchase contract to title! Unethical and a complete waste of time.

Fantastic experience: Carissa Trent is fantastic. My first time working with New Western I was skeptical on the nonrefundable deposit, she provided me with all the documentation I asked for and assured me that I was working with a trustworthy business woman. She made the closing process incredibly easy and has been sure to keep in touch with me after the fact. She now knows my buying criteria and is sure to send me anything that she thinks would make sense for me. 10/10 would recommend working with her if you can!

Fantastic experience: Ronny Varghese has been an astute investment agent to work with. My wife and I have been in the business for years, and having worked with many individuals from both the retail and investment side, Ronny has made a name and impression for us both. Not only is he honest and transparent with what he is thinking or what he knows/doesn't know, but the guy has a great work ethic and industry acumen. In the investment world, good deals always come on the heels of the 11th hour. Properties come and get sold within hours, and we recently had that exact experience with Ronny. Urgency and speed are always imperative to getting a deal locked up, and he was instrumental in getting us into an amazing opportunity. My wife was at a closing, and Ronny had just released a property his company acquired. Since Ronny normally works with my wife, he had no idea I was heading over there or about to call him. When I called, he picked up immediately. And even though he was in the middle of a meeting or something, he dropped what he was doing to meet me at the property that I was already on the way too. We were able to lock the property up within an hour of another investor group. My wife doesn't get super excited about properties often... but this one was an amazing opportunity that she was in disbelief about. We would have missed it had Ronny not been Mr. Johnny on the spot. Negative experience: Listings on connected investors are old. The initial call is good from each person Ive spoken with but the follow up has been very weak, to almost nonexistent, by every employee Ive worked with. A positive is they are nice and professional but I want quality properties with folks who appreciate the value of good communication. I havent given up on NW yet but Im close.

Negative experience: Spoke to them on the phone and everything was great someone looked at my picture on linked and Facebook and I immediately got a email about looking in another direction. This happens more often than it should with black professionals but to be honest they did me a favor
