Bill and his team did an incredible job of getting my home professionally listed within days, not a rush job but an experienced and polished crew doing what they do best abd the result even in this turbulent market was 2 offers in the first 8 days. Fantastic experience: Bill Grady is not your average realtor! Bill was referred to us by our realtor in CA almost 3 years ago. He was so patient with us while we were looking for a home in Middle Tennessee and made himself available to us on several occasions while we flew across the country to look for a new home. Purchasing a home can be very stressful and emotional, but Bill made sure there was no stress and the only emotions we felt were happiness and excitement. Our experience working with Bill was a pleasure and he was so considerate of our time, our budget and our timeline. Fast forward two and a half years, we had some issues with the integrity of the brickwork on the home. Our warranty had expired, and we found ourselves looking for a contractor to fix the bricks all the way around the house. We remembered that Bill has legal experience and thought maybe he could guide us in the right direction. Bill recommended a few things and did some research for us to identify our rights as a consumer especially with our warranty having been expired. Fantastic experience: We had an amazing opportunity to leave California and relocate for work to Tennessee at the end of 2022. We had a phenomenal realtor, Harold Frink who helped us prepare and sell our home in California within 72 hours of placing it on the market. Our realtor helped a couple of our neighbors who were also moving to TN, so being the trustworthy man that he was, we asked him if he could get us in touch with a realtor in TN that he trusts. Harold said, “let me make a quick call for you.” He reached out to Bill Grady and within a day or we were talking with Bill. Harold mentioned that Bill was a really great realtor and that he had a law background. Since we were moving across the country, we knew that there were potentially different laws, so we felt confident that we were in good hands. We sold the house so fast, and found ourselves really needing to get aggressive on our search for a home in TN. We ended up having to stay with some friends in California until we closed on a home. Bill immediately began searching for a home for us based on the criteria we provided him. We also sent him a few addresses that we were interested in, and he set up all of the appointments for us to go view. With me still working in California, and my husbands new employer in TN, he had been flying out each week to onboard as well as meet up with Bill to take a look at the houses. My husband flew back 3 times by himself and Bill met him each trip to walk through several homes. With me being in CA, my husband would FaceTime me so that I can see each house. We narrowed down the list to just a few houses and Bill had a couple more we were interested in, so I flew down one last time to see them for myself and choose a home.
