Selling this home has been more than a three-year decision as I owned 50% and the other half owned by five heirs of the deceased co-owner, two of which kept things impossible. Suzanne kept in touch and understood the situation. When the time finally came, she successfully saw it through with each person. Suzanne is amazing in relationships and details leaving “no stone unturned.” Five realtor friends approached me, but we chose Suzanne. When I had to retire in a hurry after almost 42 years in an Army uniform, I built and lived in the house for 18 years she recently sold for me. This was the first house I ever owned, I built it as a final place to live in. God had other plans, as my wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease several years ago. We're both 77 now and it became clear that we needed to move closer to family in a senior retirement community in Texas. When we met with Suzanne with one of my daughters in March, her understanding of our personal medical and othee issues was obvious. She came prepared with a complete portfolio of sales in our area of similar houses and an initial recommended listing price once it was ready for. Her compassion, knowledge, and experience helped anchor me throughout the process. Her wide network of contractors to paint, update fixtures, replace flooring and upstairs carpeting took a huge worries from me. As we began to get serious about packing up and decide what we needed to take from our 3000 sq ft house to a 1000 sq ft apartment in Texas, my wife's anxiety, depression, and at times anger became real issues for everyone. I had to leave much earlier than I wanted to get us into our calmer, quieter, and very comfortable place with appropriate care available. Because I left earlier than expected, coordination of multiple contractors, final inspections of completed work and liaison with the lady who arranged and executed our estate sale all fell on Suzanne. From March until we left our driveway for the last time in June, she literally held my hand through the process. After we left, she was in frequent contact with via phone, text, and email. She knew the stress I was under and knew that I am a firm believer in prayer. She prayed with me several times in person and over the phone when she sensed fear and hesitation. When it was time to list it, she called me 2 days before and recommended a price considerably higher than we discussed in March. I was hesitant and thought it was too much, but she told me we can always lower it if it doesn't sell. The day before it was listed, she called and told me that she had an offer considerably higher than her recommended price. Several weeks later we closed on the house. I absolutely highly recommend Suzanne as someone who can be trusted to pursue he customers best interest with a passion for excellence throughout the house selling process. She's comforting, understood the emotions that I was facing and exhibiting. I was not an easy client. Fantastic experience: We used Suzanne and had the best overall experience. She made sure she informed us about every property good and bad and certain things she saw that might affect us later on or in our transaction. She made sure we were protected in each contract. As first time home buyers she was as thorough as she could be and went over ALL papers and made sure we understood the language and what it all meant. She would give us advise when we had no idea how to handle a situation, and was easy to contact. She would set up showing very quickly for us and then would stay up late after to write a contract with us. We truly couldn’t recommend her enough and we are so glad we had her to back us up!

Fantastic experience: This review has been a long time coming. We are first time homebuyers and like first-time parents, we worry too much about every detail. My wife and I are also both picky, but not about the same stuff, so together we're VERY picky. We were NOT easy clients - we know that. We took over two years to choose our home in TN after searching unsuccessfully for nearly three years before moving here.
