Fantastic experience: As someone who has bought and sold many houses in my life, I can honestly say that Ashley was by far and away the best agent I have ever encountered. She understood how much effort we put into our home, and the importance of the sale. She came armed with comps and a plan to price our home so that it would be competitive in a market that sees listings on the market an average of 45 days at present. Our house listed on Wednesday and we had 4 offers by Friday, two of which were well above asking. That’s an agent that knows what they are doing. She was responsive and communicated regularly so we always knew exactly what was happening, almost play by play. I cannot express enough gratitude to Ashley in the sale of our home, getting >$30k above asking, and then to top it off, she sent us a book of all of the beautiful pictures taken for the listing because she knew how much love and work went into it. Fantastic experience: The last 6 months I have been on quite a journey. I bought a new home in Spring Hill the end of 2024 and moved in to it in 2025 and just last Friday I closed on the home my husband and I bought in Brentwood in 1988.
