Fantastic experience: After 4 months of having our house on the market in Mt Juliet, without a winning offer, we took it down for a short break. A change was needed to set the stage for success. With much thought, we decided to enlist Jarod and his expertise. Not only did he come prepared with an A game plan, he is compassionate and understanding to each clients needs. He approaches everything with professionalism and encouragement to get you on your way to a successfully sold home for the price your place deserves. He helped us with staging guidance and highlights of the home in all in the right ways. No need to worry on what your house isn't. He will help get the message out to all potential buyers. We were able to sell our beautiful home to the right buyer and for the price we wanted on day 1 of us, back on the market. We even canceled the scheduled open houses that were no longer necessary. Fantastic experience: We had listed our house with a close friend because she was newer a becoming a realtor and wanted to help her out. Well, after a couple months and a lot of showings, we still weren't able to sell the house. Whenever we'd ask her about a plan, she would tell us to "keep lowering the price" even though everyone was saying the price was fine. So we eneded up want to go a different direction and parted ways on good terms We also knew Jarod and knew he is passionate and knows his stuff. So we had him come in and check out the house and talked to him about everything. That night he emailed us 8 pages of a fully laid out plan on everything we needed to do and everything he was going to do to get the house sold at the price we were looking for. This was more from him in 1 day than in months with our previous realtor. It was night and day. So we buckled down, and did everything he asked us to do to the house. He in return set up everything to do his plan. The day came we went back to market, with open houses lined up for the following weekend and we had people more people on that 1st opening day than we did the first week previously! And one of the potential buyers ended up being our buyer and came in with an offer the same day! Now you would think that's where it would end, but after we went under contract, we only a little under 2 weeks to move everything out! So we immediately got to work packing. 2 days before we needed to be out, we came to the realization, even with our best efforts and next to 0 sleep, we still weren't going to be out in time. So I called up Jarod to give him the news and not only did he come out, but he brought Garrett as well and we busted hump for 4 hours, and thanks to that, we were able to get out on time! So if you're looking for someone who knows his stuff and will work hard for you and go the extra mile, Jarod and the crew is the team for you!

Fantastic experience: Wow, Jarod is the Man! Coming from out of town, Jarod came highly recommended. He is personable, professional, and knows his way around middle Tennessee, maybe even the whole state, but we focused on middle TN. He was able to take our 'it needs to be single story, have a bit of property, and not in town' into an amazing house, new build, 1.38 acres, and awesome location in Lafayette. Jarrod was available any time we called him, even when we forgot we were an hour ahead of him. He really knows his business, is able to relate to his clients, talk us off the ledge when we were sure things wouldn't work out; patient with us when we moved our search area over 50 miles away from where we were first searching. He found us lots of great houses to look at, spent days on the road with us and was never grouchy after hours on the road and we just didn't find 'the one'. Once we dialed in on 'the one' he went over and beyond what I thought would be normal for the buyers agent in order to get the process done. I often said he should get 25% of the seller's agent's commission since it appeared he was doing their job too. That just shows his customer care mindset, his dedication to his new found friends (clients), and commitment to providing the best home buying experience he possibly could. He never pushed his idea or opinion on us, he offered informed options, did tell you what he thought and provided valuable insight to help us make the right decision for us. If you're looking for an agent in middle Tennessee and you don't grab Jarod, you will be missing out on the best choice available.

Fantastic experience: I was linked up with Jarod through the VA due to buying a home using a VA Loan. Jarod was very knowledgeable on the VA Home Loan process. Jarod was very friendly and detailed while speaking with me over the phone and it was clearly apparent "my needs" were definitely his priority.
