Negative experience: Curt don't cold call people If we want to sell our houses we'll contact you. I know it's a tough market for real estate agents right now but unethical business practices of cold calling homeowners that just remove their listing for reasons unbeknownst to you isn't your invitation to call and solicit them to relist their property. I wish you nothing but success in 2026 but stop cold calling people

Fantastic experience: We had an exceptional experience working with Curt and his team. We don't currently live in FL, but were looking to purchase a specific property we found. Its about an hour and a half from Curt's office, but he was willing to travel to the property and do a whole home preview with us over video before we made the decision to travel to view the property in person. After almost 6 weeks of negotiation we recently closed on the property with the help of Curt and his team. Curt was always quick to respond to questions and issues and provided exceptional advice and guidance throughout the process. Curt answered texts early in the morning, or late into the evening. He could not have been more professional in all of our interactions and he provided great advice . Its very important to note, Curt was able to give me multiple referrals to professionals in the area that were able to help us with many aspects of the transaction. Everyone he suggested we contact including Home Inspection, General Contractors, etc were all knowledgable and responsive. We could not have been more happy!

Fantastic experience: We are very pleased with our experience with The Ware Group. We tried to sell our property ourselves without using a realtor and had very little interest. Curt reached out to me and offered his assistance. He asked if it was okay to stay in touch in case we decided to work with an agency. He was professional, polite and never pushy. The rest of the team were also professional and communicated with us very regularly. Curt responded to all of my text messages within minutes whether early mornings, late evenings or weekends. We listed the home with him and we had a buyer within a couple of weeks. The process went well and even though the market is slow this season, we were able to sell it for what we had hoped to get for it. We are planning to list our condo with him in the future!

Fantastic experience: Not sure where to start! I met Curtis Ware a few years ago when I first started contemplating selling my property in Bradenton Beach, Fla.
