Fantastic experience: Above and beyond for start to finish. As a younger first-time homebuyer with no local family support, I did not realize how vital a solid, all-around realtor was to the process. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the job that Andrew did for me and continues to do. I first met Andrew on a personal level prior to him becoming my realtor, as I was assigned a random agent after inquiring about a home. After a brief conversation with him, I quickly realized my current agent was not the right fit. I was skeptical at first, as any single young female should be, but it was very clear he is passionate and truly wants the best for his clients. Renn found The Perfect Home in an area I wasn’t even looking in. Her advice and knowledge of the market is unmatched. Renn was our eyes and ears since we were out of state making this purchase. Fantastic experience: Summary: The most complete team with attention to detail, excellent follow up as we searched for the perfect place for our move from Ohio to Gulf Coast in 2022! Deep Dive: We'd had numerous realtor failures with other realtors who either didn't listen, didn't follow up with us or sent us out on our own to "get a feel for a community" by driving around. I first googled Windjammer Point (because friends of ours had bought a winter condo last December there, and that was how we first heard of Punta Gorda). The Hunt Brothers write-up on Windjammer Point popped up top of search. I called soon after and was connected with Andrew McNeil our realtor, and the rest was history. That's some fine marketing when your able to get someone to read an email and then promptly pick up the phone. His guidance, follow up, attention to detail allowed us to buy our place virtually, that's right virtually! And we were NOT disappointed! Oftentimes, we transplants are clueless when it comes to buying in Florida. We are often at the mercy of Google and online articles, stats and blogs. Believe me, we wandered around for over a year working with different realtors, being shown properties that did not meet our requested needs, sent driving around aimlessly to 'get a feel' for an area, returning home frustrated. Lists and stats are great, but give me a well-written, targeted message about a particular neighborhood or community and you will draw us 'outsiders' in every time.
