Going into the meeting with Katie, we were pretty sure we would be selecting the first candidate. As Katie presented her personal commitment to serving first responders, the military, and teachers, our minds began to change. Katie promised that no one would outwork her. Katie also stated that what was best for her clients would always remain first. We took her up on the promise. We signed the contract on Tuesday, and she had our professional listing up by Friday. The photographer did an excellent job of highlighting our Father’s home. We received an offer by the end of the day. Katie held an open house on Saturday, where 8 prospective buyers came through. Ultimately, Katie helped us counteroffer with the first couple who made an offer. They accepted, and the home was sold within a week. Katie’s warm, engaging personality, professionalism, and commitment made the process of selling comfortable. We highly recommend Katie!
