Fantastic experience: Rod knew of our situation and our chances were limited as far as obtaining a conventional loan, but he found a way to help us and within days he let us know of an opportunity, he acted very fast and thanks to his knowledge we were able to get into a home of our own. We are very greatful for his fast responsivenes and determination. Other agents will walk away if you are not the ideal buyer, but Rod will exhaust all possibilities and really do his very best to help you buy home. We can't say enough about him, he even negotiated for us to keep some furniture and appiances that weren't itinially included in the home.

Compared to other realtors who said they would be in touch, and then take a week to get back to us, Rod was on top of things from day one. He made sure he understood what we were looking for, then helped us find something that matched. Once we got under contract with as house he kept it up to, explaining everything step by step, letting us know exactly how the schedule works, and always being very available to answer questions. Now that we bought a house, he keeps helping us out with minor repairs, questions, and long term helping us to keep an eye on the value of our home. As a first time home buyer I had many concerns about the process and the language—oh, the language! Rod was always super helpful on walking me and my wife through the process. Fantastic experience: Alright, I’ve worked with different realtors and they were great. Rod is just above and beyond great. From the start he was genuinely involved in helping me find a home that fit my needs. He was incredibly responsive. He took initiative in all the process, helped me find a home I loved, and stayed composed and focused throughout Utah’s real estate craze. He had so many tips on how to place a strong fighting offer without braking bank. Also, he came over to help me fix an electric issue in one of my plugs guys! I mean, talk about someone who cares about his clients. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for the job. You want someone who actually cares, look no further guys.

Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of working with Rod these past few weeks and it was such a great experience. Since we live in a different state than the property we purchased, Rod did so much for us (even things that were not in his job description, e.g hiring contractors for some renovations we needed and supervising such renovations etc.) to ensure we had a good experience. He is honest, hard-working and incredibly knowledgeable! He also has great connections with lenders, contractors, etc which made our experience completely stress-free.
