I could say so much more. After working with Lexi, I honestly can’t imagine working with anyone else. Lexi, you helped make Portsmouth our home and to feel “at home” in Portsmouth. We are so grateful for everything you did to get us the keys – the NINE months of work before we signed a contract, going under agreement, and for touching base with us so many times afterward to see how we’re doing. We’ve settled in beautifully. As someone who has bought and sold several homes and has also worked in the mortgage business for the last 15 years, I would say that I have an in-depth understanding of the buying and financing process. What I lacked was a realtor with the knowledge, skills, and perspective here locally to help educate us on the different communities, market patterns, customs, and practices that are unique to this area. From my first conversations with Lexi, we clicked. Yes, she’s hilarious, and her disarming and completely authentic approach to conversation made getting to know each other easy. One could say that my husband and I lacked some focus initially, and that wouldn’t be wrong. As two remote workers, we could have moved anywhere. There were many styles of living and places that would have made each of us very happy: front lakefront living, a fixer upper, new construction, single family, multi-family, being within steps of the ocean or in the middle of a quaint downtown, etc. I pulled Lexi left and right with oh so many questions about septic inspections, easements, permitting home improvements, how to get a garage budgeted/built, the list goes on and on. She always had answers, feedback, points of consideration etc. As our search radius narrowed, Lexi even went to a couple open houses for us and had us on Facetime from Colorado so we could view the homes with her. Lexi never made me feel like I was imposing, and to say that she went above and beyond doesn’t even come close to explaining the full picture. When we started to get serious about specific property, she would say things like, “Yes, but have you considered ABC? How would that make you feel about XYZ?” Lexi wants her clients to consider the big picture and asks questions to make sure you are making the best decision you can for yourself. I could tell she had a genuine interest in ensuring our happiness. After finding “the one” Lexi was a negotiation rockstar. She helped us strategize on an offer that was competitive and gave enough to the sellers so we could get what we needed out of the transaction. Specifically- price, concessions, whether to waive the inspection and appraisal contingencies, closing date etc. I was really impressed with how Lexi helped us come to the conclusion that we were okay with waiving certain contingencies. This was not a conversation where she told us what we had to do or what we should do, but more like a discussion to help us explore the limits of our risk tolerance and determine consequences would be acceptable to us. This was not the first time that Lexi helped me gain a lot of valuable perspective and evaluate my emotions and needs, but one of the most critical conversations we’d had up to this point. Lexi also made some very important and equally impressive referrals to our closing attorney, mortgage lender, insurance agent, and several contractors we used after closing to get mini splits installed, refinish our hardwood floors, quote out some additional future work – all of whom provided an outstanding experience. As a professional in the real estate business, my expectations are probably unfairly high. To say that my wildest expectations were surpassed is the genuine truth. Lexi’s scope of knowledge and local connections is unmatched, and she honesty killed it for us. I am so happy with how everything turned out and I know we made a great investment in this home.

Fantastic experience: Where to even start! My husband and I were born and raised in New England and we were getting ready to move to the other side of the world. This alone can make anyone anxious. We decided it would be best to sell our home. Our first home. I had no idea where to even start with finding a realtor. I knew of a few names from postings on local social media sites, so I started there. Lexi was referred to me by a friend so I decided to add her name to my list of people to call. I called Lexi and told her our situation and immediately it was like talking to a friend you have known for years. We spoke about the house obviously, but then chatted about our love for dogs, since mine decided it was time to wrestle in the background during the call. Within hours she had sent me information and set up a time to come see the house the next day. She was prompt and thorough. She knew we would be leaving likely before the house sold. I felt comfortable and lot more calm when talking to her, even with everything that was going on. A day or two passed and I met with other realtors, who I just didn’t get a good feeling about. Felt pressured and defeated talking to them. I called Lexi immediately and moved forward with her. She sent along the paperwork and we scheduled our open house. She went through staging with me and stayed in contact throughout the whole process. She not only kept me in the loop, she made sure that she was able to answer any questions for potential buyers right away! Then the time came where we had to leave. The house wasn’t yet sold, but she assured me there were potential buyers in the works. Sure enough within a week of leaving the offers rolled in. Never having sold a house she informed me of everything that was going to take place and all the steps that would come next. After accepting an offer, most would think that was that… but that wasn’t it. While we waiting for closing she reached out just to see how we were settling and how everything was going after uprooting our lives. It was thoughtful and appreciated beyond words. She sold our two homes for over asking. We received MULTIPLE offers to choose from for both houses. I literally don’t know that there is a better realtor out there. If there is, I have no clue what more they can possible do that Lexi hasn’t already. We had to tell her many times that she has ruined realtors for us, that there will never be a realtor that is as good as you so don’t even try if you’re in the NH,ME,MA area. Just sign her and thank me later. You will never regret calling her and we can tell you that she responds so quickly by text to questions or things that might just pop into your head. I’m not sure if she’s going to even like this review because I just put her on a pedestal that she has rightfully earned but I have a very strong feeling that this is just how she operates and will do the same for you.
