Fantastic experience: Breanna was absolutely wonderful to work with during our relocation from Illinois to Texas. From the beginning, she took the time to help us explore different areas, including Roanoke, Trophy Club, and Flower Mound, and ultimately helped us find the perfect home for our family in Trophy Club. We had one jam-packed week to look at homes in person, and after we returned to Illinois, we had to handle much of the remaining process remotely. We completely trusted Breanna to be our eyes and ears on the ground, including helping us navigate the inspection and final walkthrough with excellent responsiveness. She made what could have been a very stressful long-distance move feel seamless and gave us so much peace of mind throughout the process. What really set Breanna apart was her knowledge of the DFW area and the home-buying considerations that were completely new to us coming from Illinois. She helped us understand everything from local school districts and commute considerations to Texas-specific things like foundations and landscaping, and made sure we had the information we needed to make our own decisions. Ultimately, we truly couldn’t have landed in a better home or community. We absolutely love our home in Trophy Club and are so grateful Breanna helped us find it.
