Negative experience: We listed our home in Haslet with Veronica Anderson in summer 2026. To improve curb appeal, she took it upon herself to reprogram our sprinkler system. In August, while the house was vacant and in her care, the sprinklers were set to run about 10 hours on each watering day, which shows up in our Fort Worth water account data. Our bill went from about $56 to nearly $1,300. When I shared this with Veronica, she declined to take responsibility or cover the cost. When I took it to the broker with the bills and usage data, I received no response. I understand the agent isn't an irrigation professional. But I asked her to run the system manually to help the grass, not to reprogram a system she wasn't familiar with. Since the broker is responsible for their agent, I hold both accountable.

Fantastic experience: We are a family who moved from Toronto, Canada to Dallas. Working with Sofia to find a house for rent was a wonderful and highly professional experience. She visited and inspected several properties herself, videoing and documenting every house with great detail. She negotiated the price and lease terms with the landlord on our behalf, picked us up from the airport, took us to our new home, and even bought lunch for our family. When we found a few broken items in the house, she followed up diligently until everything was fixed. Dealing with her was extremely smooth and understanding.

Fantastic experience: We had initially planned to sell our home through Opendoor Technologies because of our personal circumstances and preference for a quick process. However, at the last moment, Jen stepped in and assured us that we should not settle for less than what our property was truly worth—and we are so grateful we trusted her. From the very beginning, Jen worked tirelessly and efficiently. She quickly arranged contractors to complete the cosmetic work in record time, making sure the house was market-ready without delay. When it came to staging, marketing, and selling, she went above and beyond. Her advertising strategy, neighborhood outreach, and personal network brought in serious, high-quality buyers. Jen made the entire process smooth and professional. She showed the home to many qualified buyers, and when offers came in, she guided us carefully to choose the best one for the most favorable outcome. Negative experience: This review is for Kim & Tey Miller. Don't go anywhere near Kim & Tey Miller for your real estate needs. They are fine with illegal and shady practices and lack any conscience whatsoever. They will fake full appraisal waivers, go after non realty items such as brand new fridges, and then threaten to terminate if you do not offer their clients free designer furniture (and even things such as wool carpets, pelotons etc.), allow clients to deposit security deposits for lease backs before the lease even starts, and will coerce, lie, and cheat at any turn. All ethics are out the window with these two. They put myself, my husband and our toddler (we could not have been kinder sellers until we couldn't take anymore) through the worst financial transaction of our lives. I am genuinely shocked they have licenses. Avoid at all costs. Also, shame on Nanette Love for working against us at every turn. That's a review for another day. All three of them knew we had one foot in the Northeast and colluded against us at every turn. Nanette was supposed to file a complaint with KW against Kim and Tey but I'm sure that never occurred. Hopefully at least one person who reads this will avoid all three of these people. Almost a year later and my family and I are still traumatized.

Negative experience: We attended an open house in Bedford hosted by Mary Spann from Keller Williams Realty. The home itself was beautiful and had a lot of potential. However, our experience with the agent was disappointing. Upon entering, Mary didn’t come across as particularly friendly — which we didn’t mind, as we were mainly there to see the property. While viewing the main bedroom on the first floor, we noticed the toilet was leaking water and immediately informed her. Later, when we returned to that room to compare it with the others, she abruptly told us to get out of the bathroom in a very rude manner — as if we were responsible for the leak. Her tone and attitude were completely unprofessional, which made us uncomfortable enough to leave right away. It’s unfortunate, because the home had great potential, but the interaction with the agent left a very negative impression.

Fantastic experience: Working with Jen was an absolute blessing. From day one, it was clear how much she truly cares about her clients. She took the time to listen, understand their needs, and guide them through every step of the process with patience and genuine compassion. Her knowledge and professionalism were outstanding, but what stood out most was her heart. She treated her clients like family.

Negative experience: Avoid this place at all costs. My family and I bought our first home in May 2024 with their “help,” and it’s been nothing but regret. The agent (Paola Gallego) only showed up once at the beginning and once at closing — every showing in between was handled by her husband. We were pushed to use their “preferred” inspectors, lenders, and contractors, and now we see why: as soon as we closed, everyone disappeared. Within days of moving in, we discovered the AC didn’t work ($6,000 out of pocket), plumbing issues ($800+), major foundation problems, and now leaking/restroom damage. These are things any decent inspector or caring agent should have caught or at least warned us about. Instead, they rushed us into signing and vanished. We used all our savings, plus a second lien, and now we’re stuck with an overpriced mortgage and a house that’s falling apart. This team cares only about their paycheck, not their clients. Do yourself a favor and find an agent who actually shows up and has integrity — you won’t find that here.

Negative experience: Stay away from Realtors, it is very hard to trust them. Do a lot of research before jumping on one blindly. It hurts you eventually. I had a similar experience with them. Thank god, I was able to escape from that bait. You definitely need to find the ways out. Otherwise, it will ruin your time. Learn one thing for sure, you should not trust anyone. Lesson learn from them on time.

Fantastic experience: Sarah Hong sold my luxury home and got it sold within the time frame and the price that I wanted. She helped stage the home beautifully, was prompt with everything, and negotiated so we can get top dollar for our home .
