Negative experience: I am writing a review to express my extreme frustration regarding an estoppel ordered 18 days ago. Despite calling daily and receiving repeated assurances that the document would be delivered by end of day, I have still not received it. We have a closing scheduled for Monday that is now being delayed solely due to their lack of response!

Fantastic experience: Barry Aycock at Valencia would like to give Hudson Williams and Victoria Rodriguez well earned praise. Both are service oriented toward owners, conscientious caretakers of the property and caring people. Valencia and Castle Group are fortunate to have them.

Fantastic experience: I lived in a building managed by James McMahon for three years, and I can't recommend him enough! James is the perfect blend of highly professional and genuinely caring toward his residents. Any time we had a maintenance request, big or small, it was handled quickly and efficiently he keeps the building running perfectly. James makes living in his community a truly positive experience. Five stars!

Not only does he have years of experience managing very large properties, but he has managed large capital projects to completion, has handled many difficult community circumstances thanks to his outstanding people skills, and truly loves what he does. Whenever there's any proposal or contract, you can rest assured that Jim has vetted everything possible, tried his best to save money yet delivering the best value, and will come prepared with answers to possible questions. If he doesn't have an answer, he will get back to you. If you see something wrong around the property, give it a few hours and thanks to his oversight and team he has built, it will be addressed before you even have a chance to tell him. Jim McMahon is truly a gem!

Fantastic experience: I want to give our PM, Natalie Allen a 5-star review. I wish I could give her 100 stars...she is that phenomenal! Her work ethic is first rate, she is extremely professional, and Natalie cares about this neighborhood. I have the privilege of working with her as an HOA board member and I volunteer for our tennis/pickleball community of players. Natalie provides information and assistance above the call of her management duties. She is a great problem solver. Pace Island is so fortunate to have her as our Property Manager.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend using Castle Group to manage your properties. Our manager James Mcmahon has been the best thing to ever happen to this property. He goes above and beyond for homeowners and gives a truly white glove service.

Negative experience: By far the WORSE property management company I have come across. They currently manage my HOA and they are awful. If you need something approved they move slower then pond water, if they even approve/communicate at all. Emails go unanswered or delayed responses that don’t address concerns or questions asked. Phone lines are all dead ends down to the receptionist. Basically impossible to communicate with anybody at the company. Nobody seems to really care. They have no sense of urgency and are incapable of communicating properly. They can’t even give you a timeline for a request. They’re horrible in every way honestly.

Fantastic experience: I have lived at Valencia for two years now having lived at the beach for almost 26 years in total I can say without a doubt that Valencia is the best managed facility at the beach. It is run by a stong group of women lead by Bethanne Ridikis, LCAM. Specifically, Bethanne runs and manages a friendly and gracious team of employees that work hard to smile, say hello and keep the community clean, SAFE, and friendly. Not an easy task to say the least given the very diverse group of opinions here at Valencia. I just wanted to say Thank You and give credit where it is due to Castle Group and their ability to hire, keep, and promote talented personnel like Bethanne.

Negative experience: Mom owns condo in Delray Beach, since they took over the HOA increased more than 30%. 2023($547 ), and now for 2024 it will be $701. Hallways full of mold, poop dog all over, cigarette butts behind the stairs. The Saxony part is a trash bin.

Negative experience: worse company ever. it take 3 week to replied to emails and they never answer the phones.

Positive experience: If you are a Sawgrass CC member or live in Sawgrass, Castle group is conveniently located right outside the South Gate on A1A. Come here to get you new gate rfid stickers. Cost is $50 and they must apply to your windshield. They will not give you the sticker and let you do it yourself.

Negative experience: Very dysfunctional accounting procedure and policies. The only thing worse than their accounting is their lack of customer service practices. "Is anybody there? I need some assistance please, anyone?" It seems to be an acceptable way to manage clients and residents. Look forward to many "I'm sorry" , with no forward resolutions all the way up the chain of command. How is this legal?

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Castle Group throughout the state and find them to be professional and a pleasure to work with. Working with Marilyn Clayton at Del Webb Nocatee has been great and we look forward to working with Castle Group for many years to come!

Fantastic experience: I served as president of our community association when Castle Group was selected, through a open bidding process, as our community's property manager. Our community is unique in many respects because of its mix of condos, single-family homes and commercial properties and private club. Owners are economically diverse. Because of our diversity, the initial contract was challenging to negotiate. Since then, there have been many changes. Throughout, Castle Group showed a willingness to work with the community to address its needs. Its back-office support is outstanding. Senior management is very knowledgeable. The quality of service and support is very good. Castle Group elevated, and continues to elevated, the quality of community support offered to our unique island community.

They are always responsive to our requests. Additionally, I have attended many meetings in their office and it is always clean, organized and a great spot.
