Fantastic experience: When I first started thinking about selling our home. I had noticed Anna on Social Media and knew she would be the best person to sell it. The first time she came she was very honest and told us what we needed to do in order to sell. We decided not to at the time. Fast forward a year and half later when the market is crazy. We called her back to see what we could get now. 15 minutes after she left our house she already had someone who wanted to see the home before it hit the market. Later that day we had a full price offer. Well things didn’t work out with the buyer due to lending issues out of our control. Anna again stepped up and found a buyer and we had another full price offer the same day the other one cancelled. We closed in under 2 weeks! Not only did she sell our home fast, she found us the home of our dreams and growing family! She did whatever it took for us to get what we wanted. She was very honest and open about how the market is right now. I remember my husband asking me in the beginning why Anna? (We didn’t have much luck with our realtor 6 years ago, so we were hesitant) I told him, because she will get it done fast, I’ve been watching her for a while. Boy, was I right! :)
