My situation was a little different I was a Florida resident and looking for a home in Kansas to be closer to family. We communicated by email and phone calls. He listened to my needs since I was going to downsize and provided me with information that I had not thought about and that my previous realtor never told me. Hobie kept me on task and showed me only what my interest was and never pushed me into buying more house than I wanted. My hours at work were terrible but his flexibility was unheard of. He never told me he was not available and because of that, I was able to find my dream home in a very short time.
