While it is difficult to share highlights because she was excellent in all areas, things I appreciated most where: she was extremely responsive, always quick with the correct answer, or would give a timeline of when she would know an answer; never pushed or showed houses outside of our agreed upon price point, and just a delight to go through this process with. We were able to find a house, make an offer, and have it accepted--all within only five days! Andrew is one of the younger realtors that you may find in the area, but he does not show any signs of inexperience. He expertly dealt with negotiating the best deal for me as well as multiple other (semi-big) hiccups that were out of his control and made these problems insignificant. He made sure that I was confident and comfortable throughout the entire process and made it as headache-free as possible. One thing that may not be appreciated until the time comes is the accessibility and availability that a buyer/seller has to their agent--Andrew made it known to reach out to him at any time 24/7, and he backed it up by always promptly responding. Because of all the aspects to Andrew's great service, I will never look anywhere else.
