Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ STOP LOOKING AND GO WITH KILEY! Before working with Kiley, I’ll be completely honest — I was highly skeptical of realtors in general. My sister is a realtor in Florida, and when my wife and I started considering a move to the Kearney, MO area, I asked her to help us find someone local since we had zero connections there. She called around a dozen realtors in the area, and shockingly, Kiley was the only one who actually answered the phone. None of the others ever even returned her call. When Kiley and I first spoke, I was very upfront with her. Having bought and sold four previous homes using realtors every time, I had never walked away feeling good about the experience. Between listing and buying agents each typically earning around 3%, it always felt like an absurd amount of money for what, in my experience, amounted to minimal value — listing the house, putting up a sign, relaying messages, and pushing paperwork. I told her plainly that I had never felt a realtor truly earned their commission. Kiley told me she would exceed every expectation I had — and I took a leap of faith. What followed completely changed my perspective on what a great realtor actually does. When we were trying to avoid booking a hotel for all eight of us, Kiley allowed inflatable mattresses to be delivered directly to her own home, coordinated the deliveries, and personally brought everything with her when we met to get the keys. That level of personal involvement is something I never would have expected from a realtor. When we started discussing finishing the basement to create enough bedrooms for our family, Kiley didn’t just make suggestions — she tracked down the original builder of the home, discovered he lives in the neighborhood, and arranged for him to meet us at the house. He walked through the space with us, discussed our plans, and was honored to do the work since this home had originally been one of his Parade of Homes projects. That connection alone was invaluable. She also handled major behind-the-scenes logistics without hesitation. The local water company is extremely old-school and required paper documents to turn service on — Kiley personally delivered all of the paperwork on our behalf and even paid the turn-on fee to ensure everything was ready. On top of that, she coordinated excellent cleaners who cleaned the entire home top to bottom before our visit. Kiley didn’t just help us purchase a house — she took care of our family. She anticipated needs we hadn’t even thought of, stayed involved well after closing, and proved that exceptional realtors absolutely do exist. Fantastic experience: We recently had the pleasure of working with Kiley during our search for a new home. We were from out of state and she sent us plenty of listings to look through. The house we chose, she went and did a video call with us just so we could see the house since we weren't in the Kansas City area yet. She was always prompt and communicated everything with us. As a first time home buyer, she really broke down every step as we went and made sure to keep us updated and informed throughout the whole process. She was always available for last minute showings and super quick to respond to any and all questions we had as we went. Kiley made sure to answer each question we had with a combination of honesty, transparency, and simplicity (which we needed and greatly appreciated!) while also helping us find the perfect home for us.
