He went out of his way during this whole process to make sure everything went smoothly, in my favor, and he made the process painless throughout. Negative experience: Agent allowed contractors into selling home without permission or notifying homeowner, then reacted angrily when I explained potential loss of rare valuables. Shortly thereafter, got a text message from agent that she was at the bar and heard I talked to a different agent which breached her contract (I didn’t, she was wasted and made a connection that wasn’t there), then reacted angrily when I subsequently did express interest in a better realtor, then sabotaged home search until better realtor was eventually hired. Contacted broker to explain and he informed me he looked into it and found everything was up to par as far as how they do things here.

Fantastic experience: As first-time home buyers, my husband and I knew navigating today’s housing market would come with its fair share of trial and error, but Gina and Laura made the entire process feel seamless. Negative experience: Called Michelle about looking at a house inside and she asked about if I had money and said to call back when I did. That is just bad business. Someone should be able to look at one without money coming up and not willing to show til then. I would check with another one that doesn't do that.

She has gone above and beyond to sell my property, Working tirelessly. Connecting me with the appropriate professional people for the repairs needed. Phame is personable and does her best to know you as an individual to find the right fit for your specific needs be it selling or buying a property. They were so kind, helpful, and understanding as we looked at many homes until we found the right one! They have lived in KC for a very long time & know the area so well, which was really helpful as we are new to the area and needed their expertise. A little over a month after meeting Tom, we are now first-time homeowners. Tom will get back to you quickly. He knows the Kansas and Missouri real estate markets very well. Tom's negotiation skills are incredible. We would purchase another home with Tom and his team in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: I loved working with the Matthew's team. They were there any day we were available to look at houses and were patient. When I found a house I wanted to look at they made it happen. They helped stay on top of the underwriters to process our papers for our loan. It was emotional when we signed. Sheri hugged us not a impersonal hand shake. Even after we had our keys they came by to say hi, to drop off gifts and they give us pies during the holidays from their home where you can stay and talk to them. They still do it. Fantastic experience: Elise Hardenburger did an absolutely fantastic job as my agent, both buying and selling. Elise practices the lost art of listening to her clients and getting them what they want, as opposed to what might bring her the biggest commission. She was always available to talk during the stressful process of buying, selling and moving. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the KC area.

Fantastic experience: Tripp Dunman was an amazing realtor who made sure the sale of our house was as stress-free as possible! We sold the house quickly and he took care of all the appointments needed - giving us the ability to focus on purchasing a home out of state!

Negative experience: I had Ernesto as a property manager. He was horrible just managing a rental so there is no way I would trust him to handle a big thing like purchasing a house. He lies and just tells you what you want to hear and makes up his own rules. When my husband disagreed with him on his bs, Ernesto said he didn't feel safe. Probably cause my husband is black.

Negative experience: had a sale and a purchase through Keller Williams , realtor made two mistakes and cost me a lot of money.I would suggest to use another realtor

Fantastic experience: Keller Williams offers high levels of education for it's agents so they can bring high quality service to their clients in the buying and selling of real estate. This office sold over a billion dollars of real estate in the area in 2016 and will again in 2017. They have a lot of great agents and leadership.
