That one didn't work out, but we were so impressed with her professionalism and knowledge, that we ended up hiring her as our agent moving forward. We found a property we liked and she took it from there. She put in the offer for us and handled all the paperwork. Once our offer was accepted, she made things as easy as possible for us. Her communication is fantastic! She would send over DocuSigns and various other paperwork to keep the process moving along. The closing went great, and even after that was all done, she has continued to check in on us and even sent us a reminder to get our homestead exemption done now that we had moved in. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Lynette! I’d give her a 10 star review of the were a button for it! After another (too hot for us!) Houston summer, and a timely transfer position opening for my job, we decided we were ready to move north. We considered our options, and we opted to roll the dice and list our house. We met Lynette (and a few other agents) visiting open houses near our neighborhood. Lynettes personality, organization and how she represented the open house she was hosting made a great impression on us and she was the standout agent by far. Lynette built a market analysis of the homes on the market in our area compared to our home, explained how our home “stacked up” and shared the realities of selling during the holidays but was optimistic at our prospects for selling. She also laid out a tentative plan and “timeline” of how our sale would possibly transpire. After a little tidying up and staging, we were “off to the races” and we were listed with Lynette in mid November! Negative experience: This realtor posted the gate code to the public for what is supposed to be a secure neighborhood and acted like she was entitled to do so. Thanks for sharing a gate code, meant for residents, to the public. Not very bright or considerate.

Fantastic experience: Lynnette is a seasoned realtor whose aim to to actually help you make the right decision in your home purchase. As a first time home buyer, I was in the dark about the process. I initially started with a different realtor who did a poor job helping me find properties, lacked knowledge on the industry, and tried to sell me any property I was slightly interested in. When I first began working with Lynnette she helped me align what I wanted to buy in conjunction with what I could afford. After we went through the beginning stages of the process she worked with me at almost all hours to schedule showings, reach out to realtors, or pull stats on the neighborhood. As someone new to the HTX area and unfamiliar with the process, she was patient and kind when guiding me through. Upon many, many showings, I chose to put in an offer on a home with a realtor Lynnette was not familiar with. Even though the people we were buying from were kind of dramatic and difficult to work with, Lynnette persevered. She would push their realtor when I had requests, and helped me negotiate the best possible deal. Even after I have closed on my home, she is still willing to help me connect with the HOA or answer my random questions as a first time buyer. I could not recommend Lynnette enough. 11/10 rating from me.

Negative experience: I had a HORRIBLE experience with this realtor, and the only reason she gets one star is because I am forced to give at least one. An listing agreement was signed the first week of August. Since the home needed very minor cosmetic work (i.e., painting) the home was to go live on MLS according to the agreement on 8/14/2023. However, Lynnette did not list the home 2 to 3 weeks after the date of the listing agreement. I gave Lynnette instructions that I wanted to approve any picture and the description of my home that would be posted to the Internet BEFORE any information about my home was posted. However, Lynnette posted several pictures and a description without my prior approval. The pictures and the description was horrible! It's almost as if she is trying to sabotage. Indeed, the pictures that she took upon herself to post, was not an accurate representation of the condition of the home. Based upon several breaches of duty, I ended the toxic relationship with this realtor. However, Lynnette still has not removed her horrible pictures of my home from the Internet even though I cut all ties with her. Additionally, there is a least one inaccurate assessment of my home on the internet based on her very bad marketing. There as only 3 showings to investors---seems like they are in cohots with each other---again to sabotage the sell of my home. I would not recommend Lynnette to my worst enemy!!!!

Negative experience: Initially left the review blank, but her reply tries to make her look like a victim of a scam. Care to provide a screen shot of this "alleged" email asking for money? You are unable to? Thought so. Beware of this realtor. She uses her personal friend who works out of his home to inspect your home. They will list a bunch of "repairs" that are fabricated to trick unaware homeowners to taking thousands off their homes for phony repairs. Curious enough, the next inspector did not find any of these bogus issues the inspector from Lynette used. Be very cautious when dealing with this realtor and beware of her and her inspectors scams. Look at my review as proof, she tried to turn it around on me and make herself look like a victim. 0 stars if possible. Should have reported both of them to HAR.
