Fantastic experience: I have worked with and known Melissa Spencer and Doyle Spencer, (Team Spencer), for over 10 years now and I have absolutely loved working with them. They are exceptionally talented and extremely customer focused. They have a deep knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the North side of the Greater Houston area. In addition to the North side of town, they have also worked all over the city. I have sold 3 properties with them on the West and Northern side of the Greater Houston area, and I was able to sell all 3 properties in one month. Two of my properties sold in a month, and my acreage was sold in a month. I was able to get everything I asked for and more. They are exceptionally talented and do such a thorough job with the listing that I was able to get multiple offers on the spot. Team Spencer was also to get me a wonderful home in Woodson's Reserve during a very competitive selling market. They have a deep knowledge bank of home contractors, movers, appraisers, stucco repair specialists, landscapers, painters, etc. At any time during my sale or with the purchase of my new home, Team Spencer was there with a solution. Melissa and Doyle are also very generous hosts, and always go out of their way to host their clients at their home during multiple very creative parties at their house. It is a really nice touch, and I really love that about them. They host events all year long and through amazing parties for all of their customers. I am very loyal to Team Spencer, and am also proud to also consider them friends as well.

Fantastic experience: Melissa and Doyle helped us tremendously in moving from the Austin area to the Houston area. They are knowledgeable, extremely welcoming, and a pleasure to work with! When we came to town the first time to see homes, they handed us a binder with helpful information along with the homes that we were seeing. It helped us stay organized and provided comfort in knowing the process (even as a second time home buyer - it had been a bit!). When I let Melissa know there was a house we wanted to see but couldn't make it to town, she did a video tour for us.
