Fantastic experience: Well I can’t say enough about Rick and his entire team. The attention to detail and reachability get a “10” from me. Rick’s knowledge of Southeast Michigan and the surrounding areas are second to none. He’s one I can trust with decisions on homes that I haven’t a clue myself. The organization, professionalism, and confidence displayed gives me faith to be able to relax, and know that it’s going to get done. He’s been there for me still. Fantastic experience: Let me explain a few of the extra things that Rick had to do to get our house sold. I will start at the beginning. Over a year ago we decided to sell my parents house. They were moving into an assisted living facility, and not a moment too soon. We, myself and my two brothers, decided to interview prospective realtors. We set up three interviews. One of them claimed he was one of the best sellers in Michigan but he was exceptionally pushy and very clearly wanted to lowball the house so he could sell it as quickly as possible. Another Realtor had been in the business for decades but hadn’t updated any of his techniques. ONLY Rick observed the real issue here: that my parents, in particular my mother, were very emotional about selling the house they had lived in for 58 years. ONLY Rick said “The important thing here it is that we not move faster than your mother is comfortable with.” He was signed on the spot. I won’t go into details about all the things you have to do to sell a house that has been lived in for that long. We distributed memories, in the form of furniture and miscellanies, to relatives. We hired an estate sale expert. And two weeks before Christmas we lost my father. And ultimately, nearly a year after we originally interviewed realtors, we sold the house. We got about $25,000 more than the Low Ballers would’ve had us price it at. And at no point was Rick pushy or impatient. He understood. And he did nothing at any point to pressure us or show any impatience. That, to me, is what makes the kind of Realtor you would recommend to your family and friends.

For starters, this isn't the first time I've worked with Rick-my family, friends, etc. have all done business with him. He's been terrific throughout every deal we've done together. Most recently I got Rick involved in a VERY interesting deal to say the least-one that (even if it had gone to plan) didn't have a lot of upside in the form of $ to be made. That didn't matter to Rick because Rick cares about people and he came through at just the right time. Speaking of time-just like clockwork (right before every showing)-the sewer would back up!!!!
