Positive experience: The person I worked with was Drew. I felt he was going to fast in explaining the paperwork I was signing. I could have signed my life away and not even knowing it. I got through because my realtor, Lisa Harris and mortgage representative, Jenny Miller were there to interpret for me.

Positive experience: I had a closing here with clients at the end of the day a couple days ago. The office lady was so incredibly rude and abrupt. My clients were completely taken aback and upset about the interaction. I was completely embarrassed as their agent and disappointed in the service we experienced.

Fantastic experience: Nirmal is such a pleasant person to work with. She is always available to speak on any real estate issues. She is very detail oriented, has a deep understanding of the current market. She always exceeds our expectations and consistently goes above and beyond.

Negative experience: Disappointed to say the least. First time home seller and should have done my homework instead of trusting a once friend. Agent tried to under price property with promise of a possible bidding war and when a bidding war started said she didn't believe in that sales techniques. Beware of possible agent/trade financial relationships for finder fees with recommendations for required repairs to complete sale. As a seller your agent needs to protect your interest not their pocket book. Read all listing agreements carefully for hidden fees. I would recommend not signing anything without having 24 hours or more to review. Avoid "misunderstandings"

Fantastic experience: Our recent home sale with agent, Sheryl Cox from BHHS, Clarkston, was AWESOME! Our home was professionally marketed, using the best technologies available to home sellers today. Sheryl was always professional and had our best interests in mind with all aspects of our sale. She went above and beyond in keeping our home marketed in different ways, and to as many different groups as possible.
