Fantastic experience: David King is amazing at what he does! He is thoughtful, caring, great listener, did diligent research when looking to buy or sell your home, works hard to get what you are looking for and the price range. He helped us out a number of times to help get our house fixed with certain issues pointing us in the right direction to the right personnel to help out and get ahold of the previous owners. It took sometime to get a house we wanted for our first one, but he stayed with us every step of the way helping being patient. Looking forward to using him to sell and buy our next home. Will always recommend him to others!

Fantastic experience: We met Jessica through a cold call via Mike DiLuca. We weren't really ready to sell yet (building our new house was way behind). Jessica and Mike came over to our house to discuss selling. Once we met Jessica, she told us about her marketing plan and we just loved her. We signed papers that night, knowing we wouldn't sell right away... but we knew we would use Jessica. Once the house got close to completion we called Jessica to have her list the house. She had our house sold in less than a week and the entire process was super smooth! I would absolutely recommend Jessica to anyone!

She and her team were very well arm with strategies about how-to sell our Home as well as providing a good variety of places during our buying process. I have to say, that we were concern since the beginning of our process because it was the first time that I was going to sell & buy a place at the same time, however she took the challenge, even when there was a short timing of moving request . She was always available and looking for our best interest as well, making recommendations as required, as well as having a good knowledge of personal dedicated to perform inspections, mortgage agent in the area, in the case you do not have one, which also make your buying experience more simple and more confident. Fantastic experience: We used Jesica Spencer as our buying agent to help us return to the area I grew up where my husband and I want to raise our children. At the time we were residing 4 hours away and my husband was only in the area a few days a week for work, working odd hours. Jesica was available whenever we wanted to look at something, and even did so virtually for us when we couldn't view a home quickly in person. She facilitated our inspection that we couldn't attend and was willing to help with anything we needed since we were far away. Our contract was a little out of the ordinary and Jesica made sure that we were represented with our best interests in the deal and went to bat for us as needed.
