Fantastic experience: It is difficult to put into words just how grateful my wife and I are that our paths crossed with Andrea. We had been searching for homes online for quite some time and were finally pre-approved about two months ago. As first-time homebuyers, we were excited to finally begin viewing homes, but after an earlier opportunity fell through due to what I’ll politely describe as a combination of miscommunication and poor timing, what should have been an exciting experience had become incredibly stressful and discouraging. I was honestly getting close to the point of giving up. It was during that process that our paths first crossed with Andrea. Even during our initial brief conversation, her sincerity was undeniable. What stood out immediately was that she genuinely wanted to help us — before we had ever decided to work with her and before there was anything in it for her. That left an impression on both of us. When we eventually reached out and asked Andrea to represent us, we were understandably a little nervous after our previous experience. We were also working against the clock because our pre-approval process had taken longer than expected. We spoke with Andrea on Wednesday. By Friday, we were meeting her for the first time and touring four potential homes. From the moment we met her, the experience was completely different. After leaving only the second house, my wife got into our vehicle and immediately told me how comfortable Andrea had made her feel and how thankful she was that we had crossed paths with her. I couldn’t have agreed more. As first-time homebuyers, having someone who made us feel comfortable asking questions, took the time to explain things, and never made us feel rushed was exactly what we needed. And then we found it. Not simply a house that checked the necessary boxes, but a place where both of us could genuinely picture our family living — a place that actually felt like it could become home. Within 24 hours, Andrea had negotiated an offer that the seller accepted. Just three days later, on Tuesday, we were already completing our home inspection with a company Andrea helped us find. Everything was moving quickly, but somehow never felt rushed or overwhelming because Andrea continually made sure we understood what was happening and were comfortable with each step. Then the inspection uncovered an issue that we wanted evaluated before moving forward with the appraisal. Before I could even finish contacting the first of several specialists to ask about pricing and availability, Andrea had already taken care of it. She found someone who could come to the property that Thursday to evaluate the issue and provide an estimate — perfectly coordinated with the inspection company returning that same day to complete additional testing. That moment really summed up our entire experience with her. Andrea doesn’t simply respond when you need something. She is already thinking ahead, anticipating what may be needed next, finding solutions, coordinating people, and doing everything she can to keep the process moving while still protecting her clients and making sure they are comfortable with the decisions being made. In a matter of days, we went from feeling almost hopeless and wondering whether we should give up for the time being, to having an accepted offer on a home that fits us even better than the one we previously lost — and, perhaps even more importantly, finally feeling like we had someone genuinely in our corner. We haven’t even reached closing yet, and Andrea has already gone above and beyond anything we expected from a realtor. Her professionalism, responsiveness, sincerity, communication, attention to detail, and genuine concern for her clients are exceptional. If you’re buying a home — especially if you’re a first-time homebuyer who wants someone who will explain the process, advocate for you, and genuinely care about your experience — I cannot recommend Andrea Larson highly enough.

Fantastic experience: What did I like about the experience? Everything! Holly handles everything like a charm. I know her because she was the one who helped me find my first home in Michigan. To provide a perspective on the complexity of the situation, my house sale occurred while I was in Puerto Rico, and the house was vacant. She went above and beyond during the entire process, from house staging and open house to communication (even at 12 AM, I found myself texting with her). Her transparency, honesty, and dedication made everything smooth, quick, and felt almost like I was there physically. I will recommend Holly thousands of times in the blink of an eye. Aside from the professionalism, she was like a friend taking care of everything for me. She also provides amazing advice not just on the housing market world, but also on life in general. I love her, and you will as well if you work with her.

I had a unique situation that after putting the house on the market I moved to Florida. She handled everything, including returning my cable box for me. I never had a worry. The day before closing she reviewed all 43 pages of documents with me page by page. Her knowledge of real estate is extensive. With the crazy market we have experienced over the past couple years, she has viewed multiple homes with us, went up north multiple times for nothing to come of the trip (due to the house selling before we were even able to make an offer) and has never complained. There are always ups and downs when purchasing a home, I have always been told that but I couldn't have prepared myself for the reality of it. Kelli was there through it all. What might have been devastating became barrable. Through it all she kept reminding my wife and me that everything happens for a reason and she has never had a client who was unhappy with the home they purchased, and that proved to be true. We saw several houses that we hoped we could get and began to get discouraged, then we found our HOME. And she was right, it is everything we could have hoped for and more. I will never send someone to anybody else than Kelli Sayre Spencer and Real Estate One. They take care of you like you are family. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Negative experience: Realtor Lisa Hendricks lost a real estate purchase deal for me, after contract. Her client changed his mind 3 days before closing. Lisa was unethical. She was not honest about the property disclosure or the clients ability to sell the home. My fiance and I lost business because of the real estate transaction being cancelled and costs for inspections.

Fantastic experience: Lambrecht Family real estate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Even in this crazy market, they made the process of buying a home very smooth and an overall positive experience. I have no doubts that they would be able to help anyone find their dream home!

Negative experience: Highly unprofessional seller's agent, completely uncommunicative, irresponsible and has caused thousands of dollars in lost sales. We were about to put in a substantially higher offer on a house, which the seller's agent did not advice the seller on and did not even accept. Then, two whole months later when that deal fell through, seller's agent came back to us to see if we were still interested as a ploy to get the original buyer back to the table, and continued to lead us on for weeks. Seller lost more than $10K on the deal for sure and probably went through quite a bit of anguish and pain. As potential buyers, we were also quite put off by this agent's dishonesty and tactics. I do not recommend ever hiring these people as anyone's agent.
