Fantastic experience: Great, easy experience with buying my first home! Walked me through the process step-by-step.

Fantastic experience: John has been with us through a long property search. It has been about three years since we first met, and during that time we changed the direction of our search several times and also put the process on hold for long periods more than once. John and his team viewed properties with us in at least six cities across the Bay Area and surrounding areas before we finally chose a city and found a house that was right for us. They helped us scheduling all the inspections to make sure the house was in good condition, all within a very tight timeframe. Basically, when working with this team, you can expect a “full package”: a convenient website, the ability to set up a personalized property search, an agent who accompanies you to showings and can point out things to pay attention to or potential red flags, and quick access to property documents and disclosures.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. I’ve only bought one house, so I don’t have a ton of experience with realtors, but I can confidently say I’m so glad I chose Jon. Buying a home was definitely stressful, but my experience was fairly streamlined compared to the stories I’ve heard from friends. Jon was there for me every step of the way and always made it clear that the most important thing was that I felt comfortable with my purchase. When things got hectic, I was incredibly grateful to have him there to lean on. I almost backed out at the last second, and I'm very glad I didn't, but it was reassuring that Jon was there to give me the facts, and would have been totally ok with whatever I decided. Whenever friends or family ask for a realtor recommendation, Jon is always my first choice. I hope I won’t be buying another home for a while, but when I do, I’ll absolutely work with him again. Fantastic experience: How do I even begin to describe our experience working with Jon! You can see how invested, passionate and committed Jon is through the entire process. I chanced upon him by sheer luck so to say, while casually perusing through offerings on Zillow February of 2024. I expressed my interest in some of the showings and happened to receive a text message from him in a few minutes asking if it was a good time to talk. This was probably around 8 pm or so! Such is his enthusiasm & passion ✔️. We talked for a few minutes that night and by the weekend he met us at one of the properties with a folder of our itinerary! Organized ✔️. This is our fifth move across the country so we do know a little bit what it takes to buy and sell homes across coast’s. But 2024 was different! We knew what to expect and Jon lay it out in every little detail patiently. After all he has been around for over 30 years and seen it all you’d think. He and his wonderful team had our home prepped, in the market and sold above asking in record time! Next, he helped us navigate through the purchase of a house we had our eye on. This one tested our patience. Jon was on top of it- be it text messages at 3 am or emails and follow ups! He has the humility & patience to learn through each process & does not shy away from it. Fantastic experience: My wife and I live in San Ramon, CA. Back in January'24, we were in the market to buy a family home in Danville, CA and sell our home in San Ramon soon after. Jon reached out when my wife first initiated our home search through Zillow. Jon was very prompt in reaching out the very same day my wife submitted a request on Zillow. He invested the time to understand our needs and very soon, we were visiting homes on sale in the Danville area. Jon worked around our availability, mostly on the weekend. This was an off market listing that no other brokers could have hd access to. Camille also worked very hard throughout the due dilligence period calling all of the utilities verifying accessibility and easements.
