By adopting a new-age business approach, the company aims to pass cost benefits to its clients while fostering an agent-centric culture. This technological focus is designed to streamline processes and enhance the overall real estate experience for both buyers and sellers in a competitive market.
Praise for Agent Dedication and Service Quality
Despite a polarized reputation, eRealty Advisors has earned high marks from clients who value professionalism, transparency, and personalized support. Several clients highlight specific agents who go above and beyond, noting that dedicated staff members work from the heart to build trust between landlords and renters. These agents are praised for their patience, integrity, and diligence, providing a comfortable environment where clients feel advocated for rather than pressured. Such positive interactions underscore the firm's potential to deliver exceptional, tailored service when the right agent-client match is achieved.

Areas for Improvement in Communication
While many clients have rewarding experiences, the agency’s review profile also reflects significant concerns regarding communication consistency and agent conduct. Some clients report issues with unresponsiveness, lack of follow-through, and occasional professional missteps. These negative experiences serve as a counterpoint to the firm's tech-forward image, highlighting the importance of maintaining high interpersonal standards. Prospective clients are encouraged to seek out highly recommended agents within the network to ensure a smooth and trustworthy transaction.

Negative experience: Aceadia Huang was extremely unprofessional. She was extremely late to a viewing, withheld key information until after the application was submitted including a lease transfer fee and income requirements, etc.
Negative experience: Very unprofessional not answering the call we went for viewing in yonkers we have seen one apartment in Hancock Street when I didn’t like she offered us another on 18 Mildred Place Yonkers we like the place and was agreed to do the lease on other day when she came with lease papers she asked for cash payment without any invoice or any paperwork for the payment to be made we told her to give the verified bank cheques which she refused and insisted for cash we told her the banks are close so can’t do cash to she refused to give us keys after waisting our 3 to 4 days and on other day once we called her at first she did not answer at all for whole day finally she answered on end of the day and we told her we have to do verified cheques from bank so give us your company details to do the commission cheque and landlord name details to do cheques for him she said let me call the landlord and she will get back to us which never happened and again after 2 days she replied and said landlord rented the place to someone else which was wrong because we reached out the landlord and he said he didn’t rented to any one yet and even he mentioned she is not answering when he told her he is fine with cheques payment we was almost to get scammed from her so after all this we won’t recommend her at all because she’s very unprofessional and unethical it won’t stop her we will definitely sue her because she have our personal documents and details which she never returned till now her name is Tonia
Negative experience: Johan Ovalles Jimenez, is a horrible realestate agent, he is very rude, and always late to house showings. I expect for you to address this matter internally.
Negative experience: No call backs. No reply. No nothing WASTE keep moving
Negative experience: An agent from this company made two showing appointments and was a no show both times. Never reached out to the realtor of the seller either time. Highly unprofessional and inconsiderate of other people’s time. The sellers cleaned their place both times and had to leave their home!! Beware of poor communication and unprofessionalism.
Hello Shannon,
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and take feedback like this seriously. Our standard practice is to confirm all showings and communicate promptly if any changes occur. Could you please email us at [email protected] with the property address and the agent’s name. We’d like to look into this immediately and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Negative experience: So unfortunately my wife had a hiccup with the Agent at this company in regards to his communication styles. She wasn’t sure who to reach out to after receiving a showing request because the agent never emailed her or introduced himself. So she googled the company and found the agents number and texted him in a professional way introducing herself and thanked him for future reference. She wasn’t sure if this was an updated number or not; but she took the chance to text and request that the pre approval for their client be sent to confirm their showing. The agent texted back the word “sent” and nothing else. For all my wife knew, it could have been anyone just writing back, who owned that number and could have been toying with her. She felt, if it were the Agent; they would have responded a bit differently. Once she seen the email of the pre approval she confirmed that the number was the Agents and felt he should have said something to the affects of “Hello, my name is Liranzo Sanchez, I will be the agent showing your property to my buyer and I have sent over the pre approval for your review”. A simple “sent” text is not a form of any standard professional communication from a company that my wife is choosing to pay—if an offer were to be accepted to have our house shown to their buyer. When addressed about their one text response and given feedback to be more professional, the agent put a “thumbs up” to my wife’s text to be dismissive of her asking the agent to be more professional with his communication styles. My wife went further to CC the owners on the matter and their response was just as dismissive to their agents form of communication. This company needs to tighten up on feedback because this was also not a good look. No further request from this company for showings will be accepted in the future for any of my wife’s properties that come on the market. Let this be a learning experience. Screenshots are attached for review upon the owner coming under this review to give a sarcastic or generated response to this conduct justifying unprofessionalism.
We appreciate your feedback. Our agent promptly provided the requested documentation and confirmed receipt. We understand communication styles can differ, but there was no intent to be discourteous. We wish you and your wife all the best with your property sale.
Fantastic experience: Great experience!!! Would highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: No need to look further, this is the broker you are looking for.
Demin, we really appreciate your comment. Thank you.
Negative experience: Working with Christopher Kirk has been one of the worst experience applying for a apartment. it started off with applying for an apartment he had listed. I was told i need to send $225.00 to take the apartment off the market & a credit check. I sat at a coffee shop for 30 mins filling out a application to then waking up the next more to a text message for a link for a application so i can do the whole process again.I sent over my docs needed for application & was told the landlord takes about 5 days to respond. & he will reach out to the landlord after the weekend. I found myself having to follow up with him to then tell me i was not approved because the landlord isn’t in a rush & wants to look at other options. I then request for my deposit & credit check fees to be refunded and get a response that i have to wait. I found myself waiting to long for him to actually do something. He then asks for zelle information once again, when he should’ve had all the information he needs from me to be able to send back my fees. I ended up sending him my Full name with phone number with 1 incorrect number which ended up being sent to someone else. Before confirming payment. Zelle double confirms Recipient information. WHICH christopher should have since all communication were through text message & phone. It Showed a completely different name. (Please see attched screenshot) Now chris is telling me there is nothing he can do but hope whoever he sent the money too will end up sending back the money. & Tells me he won’t be in the office for a week. showing no care in the world. this was my experience with christopher. Costing me time & Money. DO NOT WAIT YOUR TIME WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE
Fantastic experience: eRealty Advisors has very good support team.
Negative experience: Horrible experience with Erica on a horrible home.
Fantastic experience: Peter and Star are the dynamic duo of real estate! These two work from the heart and it shows—not just in their determination to help others, but through the patience with which they build a bridge between landlord and renter. Peter and Star showed me listings well before they hit Zillow and allowed me the space to peruse each option at my own pace, without any pressure. When one option wasn’t a fit, they each remained calm and understanding, thereby allowing me the time and ease I needed to decide on my next home. What’s more, without my having to constantly ask, they took into account my sidekick, a tiny tiger named Robin, and his need to cuddle comfortably. From a personalized experience to vouching for me every step of the way, these two embody what real estate agents *should* be, and that’s representatives who advocate for you. More so than a worthwhile investment, Peter and Star are wonderful, diligent, charismatic folks you want to keep in your corner!
Negative experience: I was interested in a property listed on Zillow by Agent Christo Joe, I placed a bid on this property and was immediately informed by my mortgage broker the seller of this property, not the agent reached directly out to my mortgage lender, not my realtor to confirm availability of funds. My mortgage lender confirmed the availability of funds but this wasn't enough for this agent. This agent then had us recertify funds with our mortgage lender and derive a letter which caused us to need an additional credit check, after this process, the agent then dictated the terms of an agreement which we negotiated with our realtor which took over a week to complete after creating this agreement the agent then stalled on having the document signed while continuing to tell us we would move forward with the agreement he will have it signed steadily reassuring the property would be sold to us. After multiple days of stalling Christo Joe then to our surprise told us they decided to go with another offer, after that long disgusting back and forth my wife and I were set with setting that property behind us. Christo Joe signed another contract with another family and then reaches back out to us to see if we are still interested in this property and would we be willing to move forward, this realtor is completely unethical and dishonest and if you are in the tri-state area I would steer clear of him. If you are a buying agent or seller's agent and have to do business with the realtor please don't take anything he says as accurate or true, we executed good faith in every part of this transaction and they used deceitful tactics and misinformation to string us along. The house was a beautiful home and I would have loved to own it however there are certain ethical standards that should be upheld when conducting business. I'm not bitter at the loss of the property just at the agent's handling of the entire transaction. There will be other homes but whenever agents are conniving and deceptive it should be recorded and retained so the next buyers or sellers have a deeper insight into who they are dealing with to make a better-informed decision.
Fantastic experience: Very honest and dedicated, absolutely no disappointments or surprises. Thanks for opening this form. Keep it up.
Thank you Eli. Wishing you continued success.
Fantastic experience: Professional and efficient service!
Thank you. Wishing you continued success.
Fantastic experience: I moved to FL from NY about 2 years ago. As a result of not being affiliated with a broker, my NY RE agent license expired. I researched 100% Commission firms to reinstate my license. There were numerous and I reached out to some. The only RE company that was most responsive and diligent was eRealty Advisors, specifically Richard Wolff. The application process was 100% online and streamlined. Although there is a monthly fee to be associated with eRealty Advisors, I find the investment well worth the price, especially if my application process and enrolment is any indication of how I will be treated by the firm in the future. Truly a pleasant experience!
Fantastic experience: I have done business with Richard Wolff over the past 6 years. I have found him to be honest, pleasant and easy to work with in all aspects. I continue to do business with him and would recommend anyone else interested in his services to feel comfortable with him. Highest recommendation on all counts. Stan Weiss
Fantastic experience: Rich Wolff knows real estate and the business of real estate. He's been working with brokers for years and knows what they want and need. This is a great platform for agents who really want to score on their own. Rich provides the support you need and you keep your whole commission.
