Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough of our agent Boris Lopez! Moving to this area was Challenging enough, and for a couple of tries that we ventured out to buy a property, we were literally ignored by other realtors as we presented a very small opportunity for them. Boris literally took us under his wings! He went beyond to make us feel worthy of at least trying. He was incredibly patient in explaining every step of the way the process of buying a home, he took us to view other properties and his honesty is commendable! He explained every detail as if he was buying a property for himself. He inspired us to give it another try at purchasing a home, incredibly patient and knowledgeable in this process. Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of working with a real estate company that caters to bilingual clients and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their level of knowledge and efficiency. From the very first interaction, it was clear that the agents at this company were well-versed in their field and able to provide valuable insights and guidance throughout the process. They were patient and understanding of my needs as a client, and were able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. One of the things that really stood out to me was the level of attention to detail and the care that was taken to ensure a smooth and stress-free transaction. The agents were always on top of things, making sure that all necessary documents were in order and that all deadlines were met.

Fantastic experience: Easy process excellent service! Everyone is very friendly and helpful 100%recommend!

Fantastic experience: Recomiendo la calidad en atención que tienen con sus clientes, la paciencia y todo el conocimiento para explicar lo mas conveniente. Fantastic experience: I don’t typically leave reviews, however I just felt the need to with this company. A family friend referred me to Bonaventura Group & Real Estate, as I am in the early stages of purchasing my first home. A few days ago I decided to stop by, the office was very clean and the agents were very welcoming. I was immediately greeted when I walked in. I was helped by Mr. Granda, who was very kind and friendly. I was honest with him and let him know that I was not sure where to begin as I am a first time home buyer. Mr. Granda reassured me that he would be able to help me through the home buying process. He started off by asking me questions about myself, my family, the type of home I was looking to purchase, unlike other places I had visited who just wanted to know what I could afford. This agent made me feel like a person and not just another customer/client. He was very considerate in getting to know me and my circumstances and offer me the best options possible. I let him know that I was not sure where to start and was just looking for some help getting the ball rolling. He was able to offer me plenty of resources I had not known of and went over the different types of loans I may qualify for. He was extremely knowledgeable with the purchasing process and legalities and answered all my questions. I left feeling confident that I had came to the right place, and found my agent. Since my visit, Mr. Granda has been very communicative and receptive to my questions. I would recommend this company, especially this agent, to any one of my family members/friends/coworkers knowing that their experience would be just as great as mine. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Ferrel has a reputation for being very professional and a pleasure to work with. He works tirelessly for his clients and is very honest through the whole process. I would 100% recommend him as your agent when it comes to looking for investment properties or a nice beautiful single family home. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Overjoyed and extremely satisfied with the help and professionalism that Bonaventura has given me. 10/10 recommended Ferrel Granda was an excellent realtor with me and my family. He was patient and showed us homes even if it was early or late. 10/10 :)

Fantastic experience: I was searching around for a property and I came across Bonaventura. They gave me insights to all sorts of properties and were extremely helpful through the whole process, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a property. I was also extremely happy to work with one of their agents whos name is Ferrel, he was amazing, very professional but more importantly very personable.

Fantastic experience: Bonaventura is professional and friendly. They are always there to answer any questions and very helpful when purchasing a home or investment.

Fantastic experience: Atención de inmediato, justo lo que buscaba para mi y mi familia.

Fantastic experience: I first seen their group at community events giving information about the process of buying a house. One of their realtors Maria gave me tips and a to-do list to get ready to buy my first house next year. Most realtors in Fresno won't bother with you if they think you can't buy now in my experiance. Once I'm ready, I'm going straight to Bonaventura.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Bonaventura was incredible! As you know that the feelings when buying your first home are many, and we were looking for the right people and we are very grateful to have found them here. We visited many places, our agent was always patient. Then all the paperwork was done correctly and in the established time. Honestly it was a beautiful experience that we will always remember! Thanks!

Fantastic experience: Bonaventura Group made the process of buying a home totally stress-free. The staff is very friendly and kept us updated every step of the way. I can't recommend them enough!
